The property is exactly like in the Photos. Wagner was very kind, he received us at the door of the building even our arrival time having been in the early hours, he gave us accurate information. The condominium is beautiful. I recommend it to everyone. Returning to Blumenau we will definitely book again.

The Loft is exactly like in the pictures. Clean environment, new bed linens. We love that there was extra bed for the children, perfect stay. Great location, close to the main restaurants and shops.

Attention to details I didn't expect, such as: excellent books available for reading, coffee powder, sugar, spices, cleaning products, mineral water for consumption and a list of appliances to be the envy of any home, such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, electric kettle, induction stove, incredible! Excellent smart TV, super fast wi-fi, several impeccable and fragrant bath and face towels. Mattress, pillows, bedding, blankets, everything impeccable and top quality! The place is peaceful, with a lot of silence and birds singing! A delight. Hot water with a lot of pressure in the shower and all the faucets, even in the kitchen sink! Sensational. Super fast automatic gate. Two air conditioners with heating, a delight!

Beautiful, very wooded condominium, with swimming pool, barbecue and playground. Close to Vila Germânica. Beautiful flat, comfortable beds with all necessary amenities. Mr. Dionísio (Juliet's father) received us with great sympathy, pampering (like a delicious cuca) and went on a tour of the condominium. We felt at home and we would definitely be staying on this ap.

The apartment is a cute one! Well located, close to the center of Pomerode and also well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good, having the washing machine with soap available was a godsend! The surroundings of the building are the trees, which makes the environment very quiet and pleasant. I highly recommend it! The only suggestion is to better explain how to get to the building, since it is not so visible on the street.

I went with my coworker to FEBRATEX and stayed in Vinicius' apartment. The apartment is extremely nice and comfortable. Vinicius is very receptive, he picked us up in the center and gave us all the support we needed during our stay.

It was our 1st Airbnb Experience. My partner and I love it. All the description and images are consistent with what we found. All access is by password and digital. This gives extra security. Tamara informs, before check-in, what we need to know, in order to have a good stay or stay. The location is central and on foot you reach several typical and famous cafes and restaurants. 2 min drive is Alles Park. The building is brand new, the hygienic, functional and comfortable apartment. Super recommend!
