Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Independencia

We were two for 5 nights in María's accommodation and felt very comfortable. The accommodation looked like the photos and was very nicely decorated. Also the kitchen had everything you need. Plaza de Armas, for example, was very easy to reach on foot, for everything else we used the metro (station also within walking distance).

The place is well maintained and clean. Host Claudia is responsive and kind. Nice restaurants nearby.

The depa is well organized. cooking utensils, a very useful microwave and a large refrigerator. The stove is not very modern. Good shower. It was very easy to find the property and pick up the key at the front desk. Perfect space to work with fast and stable internet. Secure, clean and quiet building. Beautiful view of the city from the balcony. All kinds of shops walking distance. Good AC. Comfortable bed. Eduardo is attentive and the stay flowed smoothly.

This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable room in a gated condominium, easy to get to from the airport in about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Nora is an excellent host, everything is very clean, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. 10 minutes away is the Arauco Maipu mall, which is very large with many stores

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Very quiet place and family home, totally worth it, communication with the owner is fantastic, plus she is very friendly and available for any need you may have. Transportation is very close, as is the subway. There is also a supermarket and places to eat nearby. In short, the place is totally worth it.
