Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Indian Harbour Beach

Very nice area, and house. Comes with a couple bikes, and beach toys, chairs, floats and other needs. If I search for a complaint so not giving a perfect review, I can not think of any complaints Great place made me wish I could buy it and stay permanently Will be back

We had 9 adults and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are nice and the living room and dining table was plenty of room. Open kitchen definitely nice and the pool was nice and clean. This house is definitely the nicest and spaces we have rented on Airbnb. Jacob responded pretty quickly with any questions I had. We had an amazing stay for my wife birthday 4 night stay. Zero complaints on this nice house and with Jacob. Thank you.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, the host was lovely, and we all were comfortable and well rested every day.

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The place was a perfect size and close to downtown. It also was not far to visit local attractions. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

This is our second time staying in Corey’s beautiful home and it accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. It’s clean and spacious. Big yard for kids to kick a soccer ball around, and our oldest went fishing off the pier. Only recommendation is to pack bug spray. 10/10

From the start of booking the place, Marvin and Jennifer were responsive. They were understanding and helpful with our stay. My family loved the house and they definitely want to come back and stay here when they visit. They had a lot of supplies that were helpful and thoughtful to have at a stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our large group—there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from toiletries to kitchen supplies. As a family traveling with a young child, we really appreciated the extra touches like the high chair, Pack 'n Play, and baby gate. It was also clean and beautifully decorated—stylish without feeling cluttered. We had fun with the games provided, and the outdoor area was just as nice, with comfortable seating, a firepit, and a grill. Truly a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Patty is an amazing host! Her place in Melbourne, Florida is quite, relaxing, beautiful and well appointed. Located near restaurants and coffee shops, walking around the neighborhood is enjoyable. Staying at Patty's place is highly recommended! Cheers, CW

Unparalleled location!

What a great place! Totally recommend, especially if you have beach plans.

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

We booked Erin’s place to be close to the cruise port. Erin was so sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend Erin’s place.

Very cute place. Very clean inside. Loved the amenities given including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Would definitely stay here again.

Access to beach was amazing. Really liked the convenience of having the Seneco next door. Day at the beach was relaxing. Franco was very helpful and accommodating. The place itself was very clean and spacious.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

You cannot beat this location. Sitting in the kitchen open the window and you can see the ocean! Lovely. Great spacious and has everything you need.

Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

Olga was very accomidating to our schedule. Very easy to communicate with. Condo was as decribed. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again when the time comes.

This was a really nice place within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and things to do. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues. There is a biscuit place on the first floor that I tried out and found overpriced/did not really enjoy. Just an FYI for future travelers. Everything else was great.

This was just the right place for our quite 3-nights stay. The apartment’s location, right on the beach offered beautiful views, accompanied by the sound of the ocean. The apartment is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. I fully recommend Mark’s place.
