Monthly Rentals in Indian River Bay

The house was beautiful inside and out and very clean. Katya was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is really big inside and there is plenty to do both inside the house and close by. Beaches are close and beautiful. Katya provided beach chairs and a cart to put all of your things in for the beach, it made going to the beach so easy. There is a very nice enclosed back porch to relax in and enjoy in the evening. She provides everything you could need and I would recommend her home to everyone who ask. She also provided a binder with emergency numbers, restaurants, house rules, etc. which I appreciated. Great location, easy to get around. I was extremely happy with my stay and hope to stay again in the future.

This was my third stay at tiny house and am still in love with it! Absolutely love the property tiny house is on, even though there’s a restaurant/market and a theater in either side you have privacy. Can’t wait to go again next year❤️

Very nice place, community and location. The house was very clean, well stocked and we felt very welcome. There’s a lot to do just in the community (several pools, nice clubhouse, pickle ball / tennis courts, dog park, etc). It was 10min drive to the beach and great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend staying at this house. We will definitely rent it again!

Ben was an incredible host - very proactive and thoughtful. We sincerely appreciated the flexibility of being able to drop our bags and use the parking spot before check in time. The apartment was accurately portrayed in the photos but Ben had included many other thoughtful amenities such as cooking supplies, Brita water pitchers, and our favorite was the beach wagon that we didn’t even know we would need. Location was PERFECT! Five minute walk to the beach and all of the popular Dewey bars, shops, and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!
