Beachfront holiday rental in Indian Shores

Great host. Very responsive and accommodative of modified check out times as possible. Host also provided wagon, toys, umbrella and beach chairs (availability is on a first-come-first-take basis between other guests in the other rentals on the same property, of course). But we could find everything we needed and it was super helpful that these were available! This particular unit is a studio. Something about the photos made it seem larger than it actually was to us. But it does not lack much in amenities aside from a closed bathroom with a door (currently, the bathroom is sectioned with a curtain and there is no separate bathroom ventilation). But the place was well worth the money for us, for the facilities provided by the host and the walkable location to the beach!

Todd’s place is beautiful! Included more things than most we have stayed in like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, good beach chairs and wagon ! Lots of nice bath towels. Great location on the beach and nice big garage. The one thing that we noticed is the very low water flow in the showers making rinsing soap off a long process.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

Everything was more than the description! Beatiful cozy place on the outside, inside everything was almost new, a big surprise. Loved the location!

A perfect weekend by the Gulf! We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with my family and our two dogs. The location is unbeatable—right in front of the beach, with a stunning view of the Gulf from the balcony where we enjoyed every meal while listening to the waves. The apartment was fully equipped for a beach getaway: chairs, umbrellas, even a cart to carry everything easily. That attention to detail made a big difference. On Saturday night, we grilled at the BBQ area, which was also clean and ready to use. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well thought out. Tom, the host, was very responsive and the whole process was smooth and easy. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Thank you for everything!

I have stayed in this area in Florida twice now, this was one of my favorite condos. I’ve stayed at. Betsy is awesome and will get back with you right away every time you ask her a question. Loved our stay.

Wow! Our family came down for a much needed getaway and this condo was the perfect place for it! The beach was peaceful and calm, the condo was well furnished and had everything that we needed. There was activities and restaurants easily accessible. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Terry was a fantastic host. The condo is an accurate description and exceeded our expectations. Easy walk to the beach with all the things she provided. The pool was quiet. Water was perfect. Loved the harbor view and all the jumping fish right outside was mesmerizing for my 4 year old. Great overall stay.

Great location right on the beach. Second floor unit - can climb 2 flights of stairs or use the elevator. Walkable area to coffee, restaurants, ice cream. Very clean unit. Updated bathrooms, and unit is more updated than in photos. We had kids ages 2 and 4 with us, and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, small cooler, etc. which was nice not to have to pack or buy. Lots of kitchenware which helped with cooking/kids as well.

Jessica the host was one of the greatest hosts I’ve had! The place was spacious and clean. One a 3 minute walk to the beach. Take time after dinner to go back to look at the water and skyline!! Great picture opportunity! The condo is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to go up three flights of wooden stairs. Instacart is a must! The circle stair case is aesthetically pleasing! Breakfast in the morning looking out into the trees and water is captivating! The beds are all so comfy! Great night sleep! Overall a wonderful family experience!

Amr’s home was just what we needed for a beach weekend. It’s very easy to get into and right on the beach. The home was super spacious and the locker was full of anything we needed. Next time I’m in need of a beach weekend I’ll be booking here again!

We had a great stay at Jason and Kieonna’s home! The place was exactly as pictured and described. The property was very clean and it had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the accessibility to the pool and beach. There were plenty of restaurants in either direction as both Clearwater and St. Pete are a short drive away. But there were plenty of good options in town as well. Jason and Kieonna were extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We’d love to stay again sometime!

I went with two girlfriends for a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. Across the street from a quiet beach and lots of things to use like bikes, stand up paddle boards, and beach chairs. The place itself is super cute and comfortable, although I think three people would be the most I’d try to fit in there. Andi was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. There’s a cool bar that is literally right outside of the place, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. Maybe it’s for the best though, because it’s open until 2am!

Just beside the bird habitat, I read in some reviews that smell of birds is a problem, We didn't feel it at all, breeze from the Sea kept it fresh always. Get down the condo and you are on the beach. House was spacious for our family of 4. Karen had flotie for toddler, Beach umbrella, chairs and some beach toys, appreciate the nice gesture. kitchen essentials were as expected. Dedicated Covered parking, very convenient. Beds were comfortable, a bit squeaky, but manageable. Everything was as described and great. Pictures don't do justice to the views. Highly recommended.

We ended up at Bob’s place after the AC wasn’t working at our previously booked condo. Since we needed to have somewhere to stay the same night that I booked, I was nervous that we may not be able to get in that quickly. Bob immediately checked to make sure everything was ready for our arrival and had a door code created for us within the hour. We went right over to his place and everything was perfect! It was spacious and had everything that we needed for the week. We had beach toys, a beach cart, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards that we could use. So awesome! I would definitely book this place again.

I cannot say enough good things about Jami and her condo. Her home is in pristine condition. She had snacks set out for us for our arrival even! The home is stocked with every item you could possibly need while you stay. Her wagon, beach chairs, canopy, cooler bag, etc were absolutely perfect and made our frequent trips to the beach a breeze. It’s just a quick and lovely walk to the beach also! I had trouble with the code upon arrival but that was my error but she was on top of it before I even could message her. Absolutely book her beach retreat, you and your family won’t regret it! We will definitely be back!

We came for our vacation 3 weeks after hurricanes Helene and Milton. Luckily, the condo was not damaged by either storm and Beth welcomed us with open arms! This beautiful dog friendly condo was perfect for myself, husband and elderly parents. There are a couple of grassy areas for the dogs to go potty. (I always worry about that while in a beach town). The stairs were easy for my parents to climb and the condo is only steps to the beach. The inside is beautifully decorated and the king size beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with for the week. I left my Tiffany’s earrings in a nightstand drawer but Shannon, the property manager, got them for me and returned them the next day! Highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay there again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We will definitely be back! We loved how close the water was to our balcony, the view was up close and GORGEOUS. The beach was very peaceful and there were not too many people. The water was gorgeous here too. Perfect location, so easy to get to the beach. Just right down the elevator, a few steps, and boom you’re there. Hardly any walking at all! There’s a small coffee shop across the street that you can actually walk to, coffee was good! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Even a few little snacks and drinks were left out for us. It was a wonderful experience and a great place to stay at the beach. Nicole was very clear, friendly, and helpful. We will be back!

We had a nice 5 night stay with our baby at Jonathan’s place. The condo is right on the beach and a short drive to restaurants and a Walmart. The pool next to the building was clean and a great place to relax when we didn’t want to get sandy. Would stay here again.
