We got in to town late but were able to let ourselves in via David’s instructions, and the house looked exactly like all the pictures. One thing that drew us to this Airbnb was the amount of activities to do at the house and the baby/toddler amenities— the kids (10, 4, 1) were never bored, and when we couldn’t go to the beach they enjoyed the pool or played arcade games. Something I didn’t expect was the amount of beach supplies available, including children’s sand toys. They all came in quite handy! There was a desk available to work remotely, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc for cooking and the grill was easy to use as well. Everything was perfect and picturesque! One thing that put a damper on our trip was the neighbor backed into one of our cars & left, so we had to file a hit and run report with the police— David went above and beyond to assist us and was able to get video footage from the neighbors showing the car that backed into us! 10/10 Highly recommend

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

The house is very nice, everything was very clean. We appreciate being able to check in earlier. It’s a very quiet, comfortable, and safe space. We would definitely come back.

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

The BEST air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive. The space looks EXACTLY like the photos (better even)!! We all had the most amazing time. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The backyard was secure and a great space to relax and let the dogs hang. Close to everything! Super super clean! Everything was better than expected. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

I highly recommend staying at Nina and Bob's Airbnb. It was an excellent choice for my family and our dog, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The property is conveniently located near a larger city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Upon arrival, the home was impeccably clean and had a pleasant fragrance, creating an inviting atmosphere. I can't recommend this house enough! My wife and I stayed here for honeymoon, and it was comfortable, felt very cozy, and had a great view of the West Coast Intercostal. The deck chairs and hot tub were great to relax in. The location is also nice - minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and boat rentals, and about a half hour drive from Tampa and St. Pete. Deanna was very helpful and communicated well.

We had a great time! It was an easy and quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed having a coffee and watching the dolphins swim by each day!

Gorgeous views, clean and nicely decorated condo with space for 7 people. Enjoyed meals on the balcony and alternating between the beach and pool. quiet condo complex. would stay again!

I rented Vans place to be close to my Aunt. The home is beautiful and fully equipt. I've never rented an airbnb that felt so much like home, and Vans olace exceeded my expectations. My girls and I were able to relax and spend quality time with my aunt poolside, have some great meals, and conversation, while also having a ton of fun. I will definitively look to rent this home on my next trip to visit.

This house was perfect for our vacation. Location was very convenient, close to everything, walking distance to the beach and playground. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Rooms were clean and had what we needed. We come to this area every year and would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

Me and my family stayed a week here and it was wonderful! Great location and multiple beach access points close, including one about a half mile at the end of the street. Golf cart is included which is a great deal! Extremely clean and pool is big and relaxing! Only downfall was there was no cooler for the beach that we could find, but we brought our own. Pool light also didn't work but host was responsive and explained that the part was on order, so can't hold anything against them! I would recommend this home to stay in for sure!

Priscilla was a great host! We really enjoyed the cozy house, and the pool. It’s a great place for 2 people. We are looking forward to staying there again.

We loved the condo. It easily fit our family of 5. The kitchen/living area was very spacious. The unit was very clean and well kept and looked newly remodeled. It had a lot of little details that were nice to have. For example, they had charging blocks on the bedside tables. The refrigerator was huge and easily held all of our groceries. The nugget ice maker was nice as well. The deck was nice with comfy outdoor chairs, where we all sat to eat breakfast. The king bathroom had the best soaking tub and huge walk-in shower. The washer and dryer were huge. It was so nice to fit our beach towels at the end of the day witbout having to do multiple loads. Max was very quick to respond when we had any questions. I am very picky and have high standards with my vacation accommodations, and I have to say this condo was by far one of the best places we've stayed!

Out stay was awesome. Nice, clean, updated place with all the amenities we needed. Felt so cozy and location was great. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, corner grocery store and restaurants. Would be great if they added beach chairs and an umbrella to the amenities provided but was not a deal breaker for us. Would definitely stay again!

We came for our vacation 3 weeks after hurricanes Helene and Milton. Luckily, the condo was not damaged by either storm and Beth welcomed us with open arms! This beautiful dog friendly condo was perfect for myself, husband and elderly parents. There are a couple of grassy areas for the dogs to go potty. (I always worry about that while in a beach town). The stairs were easy for my parents to climb and the condo is only steps to the beach. The inside is beautifully decorated and the king size beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook with for the week. I left my Tiffany’s earrings in a nightstand drawer but Shannon, the property manager, got them for me and returned them the next day! Highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay there again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Hello again from repeat guest! This is my second stay at Daniel and Jessica’s lovely home, and just like a good sequel, it did not disappoint. I gave them a 5-star rating the first time, and guess what? I’m back with another 5-star review—because consistency is key, and so is a clean bathroom. This time around, I discovered that a 2-minute drive gets you to a gym (for pretending to work out), Westshore Pizza (for undoing the gym), Chinese food (because fortune cookies are life advice), and Publix (where shopping is a pleasure and so is the deli line). The house is still spotless, organized like a Pinterest board, and just a breezy drive to the beach—perfect for pretending I live in a travel commercial. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Thanks again, Daniel and Jessica—you’ve set the bar high and the thermostat just right.
