Apartment holiday rentals in Indianapolis

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

Excellent place in northern Indianapolis! It felt like home the moment I stepped in, and I enjoyed a very pleasant stay from start to finish.

Donald's place was advertised. It was incredibly clean and had all the necessities. Donald bent over backwards to make check-in both easy and timely. We always felt safe and secure while there. Best of all the location is perfect for downtown Indianapolis. You are in the heart of everything and within walking distance of everything you would want in Indianapolis. In addition, it is just 15 minutes from the airport which makes everything easy. I would recommend both Donald and this place.

This was a wonderful solo stay. The space is cozy and well set up with everything you need. Private Guesthouse with alley access just feet from the Monon Trail.

This is a *killer* loft, with high ceilings, beautiful high end touches and even artwork. The TV and sound system is fantastic, private parking and you can see Gainbridge Fieldhouse outside the window. The host is great, and extremely communicative and responsive. I stay in Indy often, and this was my favorite place to date.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and two kids. Celebrated Father’s Day and my son’s birthday. Place is clean and secure. Great location. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Kids enjoyed the pool. The grill area near the pool was nice as well. Easy walk to Gainbridge Arena. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

My experience was everything you’d hope to expect with an Airbnb. Clean space, plenty of kitchen amenities and appliances to make you feel right at home, comfy bed, secure location and a short distance to local restaurants and any festivities. I travel often to Indy and will look to stay here again in the future!

Extremely clean and in a fantastic location. The instructions were clear and easy to follow to get in. We had a wonderful stay!

The pictures are 100% accurate in their representation. Everything was clean and it was easy to get in and out of the building. Definitely recommend staying here. Allie was a great with all her replies when we had questions.

I stayed on a non-race weekend; this condo is wonderful and spotless!!! Christina gave excellent check-in directions and I really appreciated there wasn’t a long list to do when checking out!! The reserved parking space is very close to the entrance and elevator, and I felt super safe. The bed and couch are reallllly comfy; having ceiling fans and a keurig made it feel just like home! On Fri night there was some live music playing outside but it ended around 9pm and the rest of the weekend was blessedly quiet. The ease of walking to restaurants was great and I highly recommend Maple, which is in the same bldg, for breakfast. (Be sure to try the gluten free toast if you eat GF!!!) Plenty of white fluffy towels, snacks, and quality TP and paper towel are provided, along with coffee, creamer, sugars, and even ToGo cups to take my coffee with me! This was slightly cheaper than 2 nights at the nearest Hampton Inn and I highly highly highly recommend this condo and Christina!!

Can’t say enough great things about this place! The host was amazing and everything was described in detail! The place was the PERFECT location for all things Indianapolis! Love that parking was included for an extra fee however the easy access in and out of the building was worth it! The place was so spacious for our family of 4 and the building amenities were endless! Thank you again!!!!

Brenda and her place were amazing! The apartment was perfect for my boyfriend I for the week! It was in an awesome location, had great amenities, and it was a beautiful unit. The building is easy to navigate and the unit itself has everything you could need. Brenda herself was very friendly and happy to help with any issues we had (very quickly, too!) and made sure we were all taken care of. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

Excellent stay at a great price! The space was immaculate, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, making for a restful night’s sleep. The host provided all the essential amenities, along with clear, easy-to-follow instructions and was very responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Super clean! Very relaxing atmosphere. Great location for shopping and dining as well. Would definitely stay again!
