Waterfront holiday rentals in Indianapolis

Beautiful, spacious apartment. The location was great if you want to be in the Broadripple area, very walkable. Our host was very engaging and proactive about an air conditioning issue prior to our arrival and did everything they could to mitigate us being uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a quick overnight stay for an event Indianapolis and Bev & Dan's was perfect! It was a quick & easy drive to downtown for our event. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and quiet. All the bedrooms even had lakefront views. Check in and check out was a breeze, parking was easy, and there was plenty of space for all four of us. Dan & Bev were so kind and welcoming, we will definitely stay with them again if we’re back in Indianapolis.

Very nice clean apartment with a river view. Right on 2 really nice bike trails with access to nature areas. Nice area with lots of restaurants within an easy walk. I will definitely stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

The home was great and the beds were very comfortable! It was so peaceful sitting outside, enjoying this beautiful property! We got to chat with the owners and meet the animals. We fished and were offered, Extra time on Sunday for checkout. They did not have guests coming right away and let us check out later in the afternoon. Great location, and even better hosts! We look forward to returning!

My second stay and as always definitely worth it and would recommend to anyone. I look forward to future stays as well. Thanks so much for amazing hospitality!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

Max's place was a very good find! Happened to go with a good group of people (7), his place was extremely clean, open, beautiful private neighborhood! Our 7th did say the couch wasn't the comfiest, lol. I myself would recommend if ya like cooking prep to bring spices & oils! Beyond that Max is super responsive, very friendly & professional. Would recommend his place to any who's interested!

The place was perfect. The only complaint I have is that I couldn’t stay longer—and that wasn’t even Joseph’s fault! He was an excellent host and a complete 180 from my last long-term stay at another property. During that stay, the owners were constantly making themselves present, seemingly to keep tabs. Joseph, on the other hand, gave me space but still checked in periodically to make sure everything was good. The lake out back was a bonus. Just a very peaceful place overall. 11/10.

Exactly as described and expected. Plenty of room for our family of 8 + 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was great. Beds were very comfy. They let us park in the garage when we noticed it was completely empty - they should just let guests park inside by default. The hosts were easily accessible but were not bothersome, the ideal combination. The only (small) downside is it feels a bit “landlord special”, as in you can tell it’s a rental based on some of the fixes, painting, etc. and it’s got the usual suburb neighborhood feel. Not walkable to anything.

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

This was the perfect house for my family to gather. The house is beautiful and looks over the lake. Its dun to walk into town for a bite to eat!

Kris’s place is really special and makes for a memorable stay. I don’t know how she does it but her maximalist interior design all works perfectly together. Things are joyful and fun and you constantly discover new things. Master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at this property in Indianapolis! The deck overlooking the lake was such a peaceful spot to relax, and views were absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect just minutes away from downtown and super easy to get around. Everything was so accessible and convenient. The bed were incredibly comfortable I slept great every night! I really enjoyed my stay here and I would stay again. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great time. The place was very nice. Just want to give a shout out to our server Al, at Wolfies. Great place to eat and hang out. We ate upstairs in Bar area. At the house we appreciated the cold and room temperature water options in the kitchen.

The townhouse itself was lovely and well maintained! The host was kind and provided all of the necessary information. It was within 30 minutes of downtown and Fishers where we spent most of our time as the immediately surrounding shopping areas were not the greatest. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the value.
