Sophie's mom welcomed us on arrival and there was a gift ready (a regional cheese). The house was cozy, clean and all comforts were present. When the heating suddenly failed, Sophie did everything to solve this as quickly as possible. A new heating boiler was installed the same day, and by the evening we had hot water again. In short, a top location, and we have already been to several locations where it was much less. Friendly hostess and also her mother not to forget. I would recommend it.

Very easy to access accommodation near the center of Châteauroux and Lake Belle-Isle. Many rooms, a very pleasant garden with trees, and many parking spaces on the street, the accommodation ticks many practicality criteria. The exchanges with Christophe were fluid, practical and always responsive.

We had a very good night at this property. Great decor, beautiful furniture and very clean. We are a couple with a 14-month-old baby. Although there was no crib and the sofa bed had not been prepared (it must be specified when booking), Gilles was available and did what was necessary for us to receive extra bed linen at 10 p.m.; which we really appreciated. We put the mattress on the floor, suitable for baby. The apartment is also very well located, almost in the heart of the city. No complaints. Thank you.

Excellent stay at Charlotte's, the accommodation is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and super functional, absolutely everything is thought of to make your life easier. The sofa bed is a REAL bed and we were all jealous! The host is lovely and ultra responsive if needed. I recommend this cocoon without hesitation. A couple and three children who felt at home!

Amazing appartment with everything you need . Parking space may be a little tricky to enter with big car, but for small one is good. Ideal location to explore area by car. Very nice Loches market twice a week 3 min from home. This was a perfect vication. Highly recommended!
