A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

Each floor is fully equipped with a bathroom toilet! The first floor bath is equipped with heating and a mist sauna! The toilet on the first floor is a large multipurpose toilet! The memories of my family's beach vacation when I was in elementary school I can't forget it, and I'm deeply moved that I was able to create a barrier-free accommodation. Shizuka means "depth". This is a quiet inn, limited to one group per day, where you can experience such extraordinary tranquility. At Shizuka, you can experience "food, play, and relaxation" with all five senses. In the spring, you can enjoy wild vegetables and freshly harvested vegetables while taking in the scenery of the fresh green leaves. In the summer, experience the Blue Cave by sea kayak departing from nearby Honjo Beach. In the fall, you can enjoy the harvest of new rice and seasonal vegetables while feeling the autumn harvest. In winter, relax while watching the fire and drinking local sake, beer, or tea. The bath at the inn is a wood-fired bath. Limited to one private villa per day. The semi open-air bath with 100% natural hot springs overlooks the Sea of Japan. Enjoy the contrast between the nature of Kyoto and the Sea of Japan, and the slow flowing luxurious time. Relax in the dining room with a spacious countertop kitchen.You can also enjoy BBQ on the wooden deck with a view of the sea. All 3 bedrooms. Please enjoy your time with your family, friends, couples, etc. while also securing a private space. In summer, we also recommend playing in the pool or at the beach, which is just 5 minutes from the inn. We have a relaxing time checking in from 15:00 to 15:00 the next check-out, so please enjoy your stay as much as you like.

京町家コテージkarigane

Built in the early Showa era and long used as a tea ceremony classroom, the townhouse has been reborn as a private rental inn, "Kyomachiya Cottage karigane". It is a 1-minute walk to the hot springs and Daikokuji Temple, which has deep ties to tea. Shino, with its unique cafes, coffee roasters, delicious Japanese confectionery stores, bakeries, and soba shops. Please use the carefully restored Kyomachiya as your base for sightseeing in northern Kyoto, where time flows slowly, with a focus on natural materials and traditional craftsmanship by Miyadai Koge and Saigo craftsmen.

Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
