A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Specifically designed to suit couples with active interests who want a romantic retreat on their own, only about 30 minutes from Stockholm. This is a true paradise! Borrow the SUP, hike along Värmdöleden or go to Strömma kanal and watch the boats pass by. Enjoy unparalleled lake views from both the hot tub and the TV sofa and don't be surprised if a deer passes by. Since the host couple sometimes recharges their batteries here, the kitchen is fully equipped and the decor chosen with the utmost care.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

There is a sauna by the water, bathingdock and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Rymligt hus med pool (uppvärmd från juni), vedeldad bastu och badtunna, uterum och sjöutsikt. Sjön nedför huset har fina klippor och hopptorn. Fem sovrum med fyra dubbelsängar, en 120 cm säng, bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. Litet hus med fyra sängar, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Ta en paus och koppla av i denna fridfulla oas. Vi hyr ut vår stuga, vackert belägen på en höjd med en fantastisk utsikt över traktens skogar och magiska solnedgångar. Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.

Suitable for couples or the small family to enjoy a relaxing stay at the port of Stockholm, with nature at your doorstep. Private sitting area outside cottage, with fully equipped outdoor kitchen, barbecue possibilities and view over the ocean.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago.
