Kieth was amazing! House was great, pool and outdoor area was amazing and close to beach!

The house was even better than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and smelled fresh. There was nothing that you could want. Lindsay thought of absolutely everything… from the coffee bar, cold water, lots of welcome goodies, laundry detergent, everything you’d use in the bathroom including new tooth brushes if you forgot yours, and even ear plugs in the bedside stand if you need them to sleep. There was every type of charger you could use, a blue tooth speaker, lots of family games to pass those rainy days. I loved how new and organized everything in the kitchen was. I can’t say enough about Lindsay’s home and how nice and accommodating she was. If you get a chance to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

I flew into Corpus Christi from Bahrain to attend my son’s graduation since I’m stationed overseas. I really enjoyed the place. Matt was helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely rent from him again.

Christopher was our favorite host to date. He was very responsive, but gave us space to enjoy the property. Check in was easy, and the space looked just like the pictures. He had all the information we could need organized on a rack in the kitchen. This was the perfect place for our family with 2 teenagers. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Christopher!

We had a short weekend in Port Aransas from Houston. The house is centrally located and easy to find. It is a little noisy being right off the main road and next to the community pool for those more sensitive to noise. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and the backyard was great for the dogs.

Very nice place and has everything you need minus a toaster. 😆 Maybe I didn’t look hard enough. Worth the price and slept my family of 7 very easily. Take your own toiletries, which is not a big deal since I always do with my large family. If you forget no biggie, stores are very close by to get those items you may have forgotten. Great local places to eat at. Would like to stay again when we come visit again.

When the place next door to your vacation home of 45+ years becomes a short term rental property, you would think our first reaction would be “oh no, there goes the neighborhood.” But much to Erin and Jennifer’s credit, we have not experienced one single problem. It’s all been positive. In fact, we just rented their place to host overflow lodging for our family. Not only was the place just the right size, but to have family be able to stay right next door at a very reasonable price doesn’t get any more convenient than that! Thanks E&J. Until next time!

We loved staying here! The host had great communication, the house was very clean and had a lot of things to do in the house, and he even offers you stuff in garage free of use for the fishers!! Loved this home and would book with him again!

Words cannot describe how peaceful and amazing this house was.. you are literally 5 min walk from the beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and friendly neighbors. The house is extremely clean and very well decorated. they play great music too greet you. A place you will definitely not be disappointed with..

Loved the location and the cottage. You can see the water from the front porch and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The cottage was clean and the decoration was tasteful. We didn't do a lot of cooking at the cottage but we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and accommodating for us and our pet, including water/food bowls specifically for the dog. Messages from Melissa were timely and easy to follow. Checking in and out was a breeze and I would highly recommend the Spoonbill for anyone wanting to stay close enough to Port Aransas for things to do but also enjoy a quiet, peaceful setting.

Mayra’s place was amazing really recommend, peaceful surroundings so much to do around, very nice house.

This is a great place to stay!! My husband and I de use to getaway from the city at the very last minute during the weekend and we lived the whole experience of feeling right at home while at the beach!! Thank you Chris!

My partner and I had a great stay here. It was our second time staying here, and we will be back again. It's very quiet and peaceful, and it's just a short drive into town. The hosts are very friendly too!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time! The Airbnb was clean and perfect for two,and it's location on the beach is a great bonus!
