The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

This place was beyond our expectations. Immaculately presented, super clean, tidy, jaw dropping views. I can't fault it in any way and I can't rate it highly enough. Will definately look to return in the future. Stunning!

The lodge was fabulous, really enjoyed our stay. I even picked up a couple of decor ideas. Had a lovely time feeding the ducks, swans and other wildlife, very relaxing. Shops and amenities easy to get to by car, lovely restaurants around the area. Would absolutely recommend.

I'd stay at Jackie's place again whenever I next visit no question. Good price, and the place is exactly as she's described. And whenever I messaged her she always responded back to me within 30mins at most which is excellent

Our family had a lovely stay at Burrowbank at the end of the summer holiday. The house is fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The kids loved the swings and most of all the pool, while the covered (heated) BBQ area meant evening meals outside watching the sunset. Great location and setting, very private and we would definitely come again and recommend to others. Martyn and Christine were very helpful and went the extra mile (even posting my daughter’s disposable camera that she left behind). Can’t think of any negatives and we made some great/happy memories.

Absolutely stunning. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my 40th. Me and my family had the best time. We had so much fun in the bar, playing pool and watching movies. As for the pool and hot tub..... wow! It was just absolutely brilliant. we all had the best time. the house itself was stunning, cozy and comfortable. Delanie you were just wonderful . I loved how we were able to make ourselves feel right at home. Living like superstars for a weekend. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here with my two sons and nephew when we did the Yorkshire three peaks hike, it was an ideal location and the property was immaculate. Probably one of the best standards I’ve stayed at. We liked the spaciousness of the house and the fact that it was super tidy and clean. James was flexible on the checkout time which really helped us. I would definitely stay here again.

We were after a home from home, somewhere to explore various local areas. It delivered and more! Philip and Maria were excellent hosts, even informing us of the once-a-year Gaping Gill winch experience, and helping us to get tickets. This was truly above and beyond, and the highlight of our week. This beautiful cottage in it’s stunning location is perfectly placed to explore Ingleborough, and we are recommending it to our friends. The little touches like lovely toiletries, bedding and decent washing and drying facilities (great when you’re ‘all weather folk’ with kids and dog!) set this apart from other places. Would give 6 stars if we could. Definitely would love to return.

For a quiet few days off the beaten track this place is ideal. From a dog owner’s perspective the garden was completely secure. Simple little things like the quality of the cutlery and decent sized mugs for your early morning coffee makes such a difference. The nearby pub is a hidden gem, they brew their own beer on site, and it tastes great. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a beautiful location with stunning views across the countryside, and walking distance from a route up to the peak of Ingleborough. A short drive from other local highlights including the hills, waterfalls, rivers. The accommodation provided a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Thanks for a fabulous week!

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great from the start, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, cosy, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent too. Sarah, her husband, and Joey were so lovely and welcoming, and their gorgeous dog made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, would love to come back!

Fantastic stay at Anne Elizabeth's lodge. Cosy cottage in a beautiful location. Everything you need is there at the cottage. Would love to return sometime. Apart from the lodge being ideal, its in an area where there is so much to see and do, the lake district being only 40 minutes drive away as well of course as the beautiful Dales where the lodge is located. We had a very relaxing stay at this cosy cottage. With it's central location we were easily able to access everything Kirby Lonsdale had to offer. A really unspoilt market town with a great butchers, bakers and it's own brewery. It's also well located to explore the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales and having a Booths just down the road made charging our car really easy. The cottage itself was exactly as advertised and spotlessly clean when we arrived. The beds were comfy and the shower hot. A lovely spot, very quiet and peaceable. Our dog settled well and enjoyed the walk through the churchyard, down the Radical Steps and along the River Lune to Devil's Bridge. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we were in the area.

Lovely little cottage just what you need. Clean tidy, lovely little touches like shampoo, conditioner body wash, milk, and some biscuits. Very private with the shutter blinds. We had good communication with the host. The only small criticism we have is there was no iron. But everything else was absolutely perfect so thank you 🙏

Beautiful spotless and comfy cottage in a great location in the centre of Hawes. Stuart and Jo are friendly and helpful hosts who clearly care that their guests enjoy their holiday. The local information pack was brilliant and the cottage has been meticulously renovated and kitted out with an outstanding attention to detail and with their guests in mind. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful little house and brilliant host! Our stay was perfect from start to finish - Chantal has equipped the cottage with everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) one could possibly need and is the MOST thoughtful and accommodating host one could ask for. The bed is super comfy, the house temperature perfect (but easy to adjust) and there’s even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for you upon your arrival. I couldn’t think of a negative even if I tried - it’s superb☺️

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

Beautiful cottage with stunning views. Such a peaceful location, the only noise is birdsong, and sheep baaing which was lovely to hear. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. My husband and I are both 70 and fell walks are not for us (too strenuous) so we found Foulridge reservoir and Letcliffe Park which were both more gentle and easier to walk. (both free parking) We also went Greenberfield Lock where we walked along the canal and then have a coffee at the Lock Stop Cafe (free parking). Freddie their dog is an absolute darling but sadly our little dog Lia wouldn't take to him. (Maybe she was jealous of the attention I gave him because he is so lovable!) Thank you Victoria and Ian.

This Airbnb is wonderful and we would definitely stay again. The location is perfect - within close walking distance to the pubs and restaurants of downtown Sedbergh, yet in a quiet, peaceful spot on the edge of town right on a great walking path. It's also a good location in the sense that it's close enough to the Lake District to use as a base for exploring that area, as well as being in the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The house is clean, well-equipped, and the photos are accurate. It's a very nice place with no real negatives to mention.

A lovely little cottage in the heart of the village, very welcoming in both pubs. A lovely neighbour Jackie, told us lots about the village and things to do, have a chat with him. Great communication from Steph and Ant before our and during our stay, even messaged to say the cottage was available early and we could go in. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this cottage.

What a beautiful location and truly special place to say. From beginning to end, Tanya made us feel incredibly welcome. Even to the point of homemade carrot cake outside the from door when we arrived back from a long walk! We loved playing with their gorgeous dogs (who are super well trained and will leave you well alone if you're not a dog-lover). The place was immaculate, and the photos don't actually do it justice. Lots of cute and unique features and high quality finish. Right next to a gorgeous stream. I walked from there over the Pennine Way to Halton, a thoroughly enjoyable 9-mile jaunt. While leaving my partner to the 3 Peaks Challenge. And the super cute Ns characterful pub up the road was on the cherry on a very enjoyable cake. I'll definitely be coming again!
