Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ingleton

In het centrum van Settle, maar toch rustig gelegen. De accomodatie was brandschoon. Het bed sliep heerlijk. De cottage was gemakkelijk te vinden en lag op 5 minuten loopafstand van het station. Er is veel te zien in de omgeving. Wandelmogelijkheden zijn eigenlijk onbeperkt.

I stayed here with my two sons and nephew when we did the Yorkshire three peaks hike, it was an ideal location and the property was immaculate. Probably one of the best standards I’ve stayed at. We liked the spaciousness of the house and the fact that it was super tidy and clean. James was flexible on the checkout time which really helped us. I would definitely stay here again.

We were after a home from home, somewhere to explore various local areas. It delivered and more! Philip and Maria were excellent hosts, even informing us of the once-a-year Gaping Gill winch experience, and helping us to get tickets. This was truly above and beyond, and the highlight of our week. This beautiful cottage in it’s stunning location is perfectly placed to explore Ingleborough, and we are recommending it to our friends. The little touches like lovely toiletries, bedding and decent washing and drying facilities (great when you’re ‘all weather folk’ with kids and dog!) set this apart from other places. Would give 6 stars if we could. Definitely would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a beautiful location with stunning views across the countryside, and walking distance from a route up to the peak of Ingleborough. A short drive from other local highlights including the hills, waterfalls, rivers. The accommodation provided a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Thanks for a fabulous week!

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was great from the start, and the home itself is absolutely beautiful, cosy, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel really special. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent too. Sarah, her husband, and Joey were so lovely and welcoming, and their gorgeous dog made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay, would love to come back!

Fantastic stay at Anne Elizabeth's lodge. Cosy cottage in a beautiful location. Everything you need is there at the cottage. Would love to return sometime. Apart from the lodge being ideal, its in an area where there is so much to see and do, the lake district being only 40 minutes drive away as well of course as the beautiful Dales where the lodge is located. This little cottage was exactly how it was pictured and described. It was absolutely beautiful and the area was so quiet and exactly what I was looking for. It’s a perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of city life, which is what I was after. Definitely worth a visit and definitely worth the money. I was gutted to be going home.

3rd time staying at this lovely Georgian ground floor apartment with Tina being a fantastic accommodating host. Absolutely in the centre of Clitheroe, but yet so quiet & tranquil with reliable, secure parking. The accommodation was great for us as all on one level with 2 big bedrooms, each having separate shower room, one en-suite. It is so well equipped and you feel very at home when staying here. From this accommodation you have such easy access to so many lovely places to visit for eating, drinking, local towns, National Trust halls, breweries, famous sausage shop, great pie shops, trough of bowland, pendle hill & many more lovely places .….we will be returning.

We know the area well and stay often, but it was nice to stay at an Air BnB for a change. We needed somewhere safe to park our motorbike and it was nicely tucked away. Had the best sleep we've had in ages and would totally recommend the fab little basement flat.

We had a great short break at Clare and Richard’s. The flat is spotless and well equipped. We walked up Kentmere Pike, only a 20 minute drive away and enjoyed gentle evening strolls around the green. Superb information provided in the flat and hosts very responsive.

This bijpu bedsit is perfect for a single person. Peaceful and private, and with everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and the whole place was immaculately clean. I was really happy to see environmental measures in place. The location is perfect - spot on for accessing this part of the Lakes, with so many beautiful spots within easy driving distance. Kath's communications were clear and friendly and fast. I would recommend this accommodation and its owners without hesitation.

Beautiful apartment Helen’s instructions were really clear & check in was seamless. Didn’t really get to appreciate the surrounding area except for the stunning views. This was a brief visit as our son was competing in the Lakes Ultramarathon. We were very grateful for the welcome hamper this allowed him to refuel post race. We will definitely be back ❤️

One of my best stays… Location is s great, 15 minutes walk to the center. Check-in instructions were very clear The apartment is well decorated with a lot of nice touch… Lovely bathroom with sunshine and a perfect shower… Gina is extraordinarily welcoming… I felt home, All those compliments were so nice and thoughtful Thanks to Gina for everything Highly recommended!

Just what we were looking for - long scenic walks in beautiful surroundings. The flat was so lovely and was comfortable with everything we needed - with wonderful views. Perfect get away.

The flat was lovely, beautifully kitted out and with some interesting lighting features! There was lots of space inside. We appreciated being able to stay a bit longer before checking out so we could have a planned zoom meeting. Thank you for being accommodating.

Great host who responded to any communication swiftly and reassuringly. Property is superb with individual querks which make it unique. Magical information given to us beforehand which was of great value. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Great accommodation for the 2 of us & had everything we needed for a long weekend exploring this area of the Yorkshire Dales. We enjoyed the suggested walking routes, the route details provided were really handy. Viv and Ernie were lovely hosts and nice to chat to.

Can’t speak highly enough of the accommodation, the welcome pack was a lovely touch and had far more in it than we would have expected, location was perfect for what we wanted including a great little walk along a steam railway line to the lakeside hotel. For entertainment try the local hotel, the barman was really funny although pretty sure it was unintentional 😂 would definitely go back, the accommodation, not the hotel with the barman..

The Hideaway was a beautiful, peaceful and perfect setting for us to celebrate our anniversary, made all the more special by Fiona’s very warm welcome, outstanding hospitality and helpfulness, providing guests with everything you might need. One of the comfiest and largest beds we’ve ever slept in; lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen; all very clean and with many thoughtful touches throughout. Huge bonus to have many perfect spots to sit and relax in the garden and absolutely love the ‘hot chocolate hut’! Great walks from the doorstep, super path to Kirkby Lonsdale and loads of places to visit and eat. Thanks Fiona for a really lovely weekend and a beautiful and very generous welcome basket - we look forward to returning as a weekend was far too short to enjoy the area and the Hideaway!

Wonderful studio, great amenities and well-stocked breakfast items in the room, available at any time. Plenty of useful products in the bathroom (makeup wipes, cotton pads, aftersun, etc). Plenty of pillows of different firmness, lots of blankets, some board games available in the room, great for a night in. <10min walk from the station and high street. Very pleased overall, would recommend!

What a lovely flat in sleepy Sedbergh! Great location and very peaceful. The flat is so comfortable with the softest carpets too. Lots of extra towels and bedding available. A very well equipped kitchen and a lovely feeling of calm as soon as we stepped inside. Everything was really well thought out and very clean. We stayed for two nights but will definitely stay again and for longer next time. Amy very kindly extended our check out time and always responded to questions quickly. I highly recommend visiting Sedbergh and staying in this stunning little flat!

Lovely airy apartment situated right on the square. Perfect for walking down to the river or a stroll through the village. The many bars and shops are within a very close proximity. And the beautiful milk parlour just below!
