The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

A spacious property is surrounded by trees, with a gravel driveway leading up to two dark-shingled buildings. An open RV port stands to the left, providing shelter. Natural light filters through the trees, casting dappled shadows on the ground.
