It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

Spacious enough for a gathering of 6 people, providing a home from home feel yet perfect for a smaller family to languish and enjoy a 'Seaside Escape'. We want you to enjoy our holiday home ( ok it's a caravan ! ) as much as we do so you should find pretty much everything you need. Van is NOT pet friendly sadly our Fur Babies need to stay at home.

The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. There are many restaurants and Pubs / bars within walking distance ( 1 minute being the closest ). In addition the beach with its classic Mr Whippys is a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
