It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. Our caravan is located on a quite area of Coral Beach Leisure in Ingoldmells. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to Fantasy Island theme park and other local amenities and attractions as well as the beach and is only a short drive or bus ride into Skegness. On site there are 2 free entry clubs, fish and chip shop, breakfast/lunch cafe, launderette and small arcade.
