Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

Eastern Cabin

Baita dell'Est is located in Possabella, a hamlet of Mese just 5 km from the beautiful Chiavenna, at the gates of the Spluga Valley and Val Bregaglia just 50 km from St Moritz and 40 km from Lake Como. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

Cabin on The River in Valtellina

Rustic and Cozy mountain house, at 1250 s.l.m in the beautiful Valgrosina, a natural paradise for lovers of relax, trekking and MTB. A few km from Livigno, Bormio and St. Moritz, which can also be reached by the Unesco World Heritage Bernina Red Train. Im Haus und in der Wohnung befinden sich viele antike Gebrauchsgegenstände. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Flairs aus alten Zeiten, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

Our apartments are located in the complex of the Tulai holiday park. The building consists of 113 apartments. We have 10 apartments (all facing south) which we have completely renovated in recent years. The studio offers more than 50 m² of generous space for 2 people. They are modern and tastefully decorated and invite you to relax and enjoy.

Centrally located 3.5-room apartment. Shopping and post office are just across from the apartment. The apartment has two bedrooms as well as a living room. The living room also has two sleeping options. One room has a bunk bed, so only five beds are indicated. The apartment has six sleeping options. The kitchen is spacious.
