Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Inner West Council

My young family stayed here on a holiday to visit friends and we were very impressed by this home! Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Had everything you need! So close to the tramsheds, playgrounds and a good location to get around the city. Antonio was a great host and we would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for around 28 days at Catherine’s place, and it had everything we needed for that length of stay with our young baby, including a bassinet, which was a real lifesaver. The street parking was a bit interesting and was the only minor inconvenience during our stay (to be expected when the place is so centrally located). There is plenty of timed parking, but kind of a lucky dip/stake out exercise to get a spot in the untimed/free all day parking in the street. We always managed to get a spot eventually though when we kept an eye on the street for vacancies! It would have really elevated our stay had there been a visitor’s permit available at the property for the timed spaces.

We booked Jenny's place back in January when we were planning our 5-week stay in Australia. We booked this Airbnb based on reviews, and the post on the website, but knew little to nothing about the location, and where it was in relation to the city. We more than lucked out as the apartment more than lived up to expectations, as did the location - close enough to the bustling King St, with bars and restaurants aplenty, close enough to local transport links to get you wherever we needed, but also really quietly placed near Hollis Park. As a host Jenny was brilliant from day one, communicating throughout and responsive to our needs, if we had an issue, not that we had many because she was so well organised from the start. We've done quite a few Airbnb's now and this ranks very close to the top of the tree, because it mixes great hosting with a great property and a great location. Thank you Jenny for a great thirteen days!

Loved our stay here! The house was welcoming, lots of natural light, well equipped and nice and clean. Great modern bathroom. The street is nice and quiet and it was always pretty easy to find a car park nearby if not right out the front. Only a few minutes walk to the main streets and close to Woolworths and some good cafes. Our kids loved the park right across the street. Roslyn was a great host, she gave clear instructions and was very responsive.

House is great, location is really handy to the city. The back yard is a surprising oasis in the middle of the city.

We just stayed 5 nights with Justin and John and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Airbnb. It’s in a lovely street and suburb - with lots of interesting buildings. Easy access to public transport. You can see the water from the back garden. Very generous hosts who left all the essentials plus lots of treats. The studio is clean and comfortable with oodles of charm. Justin and John were very kind and helpful with suggestions, recommendations and offers of assistance. We hope to return for another holiday.

This was the perfect place for a few days in Sydney. Close to friends and my old neighbourhood. Easy to get anywhere I needed to go and Judy was wonderful. x

Ghassan was extremely responsive and helpful. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was on the smaller side but water pressure was good with hot water. Very near to Broadway shopping centre (5-6 min walk), which has a Coles, food and shopping.

Excellent apartment. Home from home. Location also excellent. 5 mins away from Train Station & local amenities. Everything as described. Allan was a great host. Very communicative & helpful. Bit of noise from station but didn’t bother us. Fantastic base to enjoy Sydney and all it offers.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft von Thais super! Es war ein schönes und sauberes Apartment. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und kann alles gut zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichen. Thais ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr gefreut in ihrer Unterkunft wohnen zu können!

Rebecca's unit suited me perfectly. On my own and needing a longer term stay to allow me to get things done in inner west Sydney. It is an ideal location for public transport and proximity to great food and entertainment, and the streets of Annandale and neighbouring suburbs are picturesque. Rebecca is a wonderful host: friendly, responsive, and accommodating, and I think the rates are quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

Thank you Mr Cheng for always helpful and responsive to our needs of help. The estate is beautiful and quiet , convenient with the Super Market downstair, 2 good cafeteria . We definitely will stay here again .

Malcom was very helpful throughout the booking process, and made us feel at home immediately we arrived. The unit is delightful, with natural light from the leafy verandah room giving a lovely feel. The main bed was very comfortable, and the second bed which we requested was comfortable also. Linen and towels were of very good quality, and the fridge, pantry and bathroom were well stocked. We were provided with fresh artisanal bread and croissants on our arrival - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated! The 470 bus stop is a few metres from the building entrance, and it’s a short trip to the city; restaurants and coffee shops are also close by. Thank you, Malcolm, for making our Film Festival holiday so enjoyable!

We stayed at Ryan's for just over a week. We were comfortable, the bed was great, and we appreciated the decor and the good kitchen and laundry facilities. Close to the Petersham train and buses, with groceries and restaurants nearby, the location was just right for our family visit. There is some traffic noise but with the windows closed, it was not an issue. To boot Ryan was a helpful and accomodating host. We highly recommend his flat and would stay there again!

Richard was an attentive host and provided us with prompt and clear instructions. He greeted us and guided us to parking and then showed us around the property. The property is divine. Two spacious bedrooms in a great building with a wonderful pool, spa and gym. Less than a hundred yards from the Star Casino and just a stones throw from Darling Harbor. What was really good was having a full Metro Woolworths supermarket right outside the door. Loved the whole experience. Thoroughly recommend this property and it's owners.

The apartment was exactly as described, and had all the features you could want. The location is great, super close to cafes and restaurants. Steve always responded to my questions eithin a couple of hours. Overall i really enjoyed my stay.

Great location! Very close to the Mascot station—just less than 5 mins walk. Also close to every thing else: woolies, cafes, restaurants! Beautiful place to stay with balcony. Great lighting too from sunlight. My friends and I had a great stay.

A spacious and comfortable place only 10-15 minutes from the CBD. Sheena was responsive and friendly, would highly recommend!
