Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after trips in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

Cabin magic right by the water in beautiful Ål in Hallingdal! A charming cabin with hot tub, rowboat, cozy fire and barbecue area, and sauna. Here you live peacefully by Strandafjorden, with a short distance to Ål city center, hiking trails and ski trails. No electricity or running water – but everything you need for a real and atmospheric cottage experience. Perfect for couples, friends and families who want to relax and enjoy nature. In winter, a ski slope is made in and past the cabin – parking is then 1 km from the cabin.

Visit us in the mountains, at almost 1100 meters above sea level, and find tranquility.. Enjoy stunning views, hike (skiing or snowshoeing in winter) and finish with a delicious bath in Tyin. In winter, for the most adventurous, there is also the possibility of ice bathing! Afterwards, you can relax in the sauna (extra cost). An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.
