The apartment of 54 m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier-free and fully equipped to modern standards. Additionally: During the winter months, you can use the Nordic skiing tracks free of charge as long as you have the guest passes with you. During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day. That's an awesome deal!

A magnificent view of the beautiful Sellraintal valley awaits you. The apartment is centrally located in the village center and is only a few minutes' drive from the Kühtai ski resort. There is also a direct bus to Kühtai (1-minute walk from the property, free bus connection from 2 nights). Arriving by public transport to the apartment is also possible without any problems from Innsbruck. In addition, the apartment is located in the middle of a popular hiking/ski touring area.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.
