MALIA - A place full of heart, history and mountain magic. In their own small loft with kitchen and bathroom, our guests will find pure relaxation. A 270° panoramic terrace with mountain views. The large glass front opens the view of the mountains. Ski lift, toboggan run, cross-country trails, hiking trails and Lake Achen are within walking distance of MALIA. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

We are situated in a wonderful, quiet location on the edge of the forest at the end of a private road. Here, foxes and hares say goodnight to each other, yet we are just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Innsbruck. Rum offers a very good infrastructure and bus connections to Innsbruck and Hall. The guest room has its own car park.

Ferienhaus Artho, a Stubai Super Card partner company, is a wooden house in the center of Neustift with the bus stop right in front of the house! Only a 5-minute walk to the center where there are numerous restaurants, pubs and 2 supermarkets. Very familiar!
