Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Apartment No. 3 Rügen Water View + Garden

The apartment is located in a building with 3 other apartments, including a garden, a private section of the front terrace with views over the garden, to the sheep pasture to the water. Our rowboat is in the water about 100 meters away, which invites you to take a boat trip. In addition, canoes and kayaks as well as a fireplace can be used. The same applies to a couple of (albeit older) bicycles. If you want to experience pure nature and Rügen's quiet side, this is the place to be!

Waldvilla: Vacation home on the Baltic Sea for 9 people

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest, only 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two combinable units. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The constantly renovated and modernly furnished 55 sqm apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bright, friendly dining area with a kitchen, a cozy living area with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with a tub and an integrated shower and a terrace with a water view for social barbecues. You can relax in your own boat, which can be chartered depending on availability. The associated jetty is located just 100 meters from the apartment.

The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness.

The house offers plenty of space to relax with the beautiful old garden and numerous fruit trees. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
