Instow - private annex near Tarka Trail & Beach

This private annex is situated on a quiet road, ten minutes walk to the Tarka Trail/South West Coastal Path, beach and pubs at Instow. A great location for access to nearby popular spots including Westward Ho!, Croyde, Woolacombe and many more. Benefiting from a spacious wet room and small kitchenette, there is a good sized bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv. The annex has its own private access and off road-parking. Kindly note the garden is not for guest use.

Badgers’ Holt

Badgers’ Holt is a spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable family home with secure garden, offering outstanding views of the estuary and beyond. The property boasts its own dedicated parking space, a shared, second parking space and ample on-street parking. Fully equipped home including dishwasher and washer-dryer. Only a five minute walk into Appledore village with its wonderful cafes, boutique shops and restaurants. Up to 3 (well behaved!) dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! West Quay House offers stunning uninterrupted views across the ever changing seascape of the rivers Taw and Torridge estuary as they meet the Atlantic. The view is dynamic as the tide rises and falls bringing the sea to within 2m of the house at high tide and revealing the estuary rocks and sands at low tide.

Set in 6 acres of private land and positioned on the headland, there are two properties, Heatherdown House and Heatherdown Chalet, which can be let separately or together. The House has 6 large double bedrooms, pool table, cinema room, two wood burners, and a huge deck with BBQ and wood fired pizza oven.
