Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Intracoastal Waterway

Our second stay at Casa Ramona, which fit our needs perfectly. We were in Jacksonville for a surgery visit to Mayo Clinic, and this place was our base of operations, for family and friends who came to provide care for my wife before and after her surgery. It had everything we needed, well equipped, very clean, and easy access to Mayo. We have another procedure in the fall and we’ll definitely stay here again if it’s available when we come back.

Klaudia was great! She was very responsive and even gave us restaurant recommendations. Everything looked just as pictured and we had a great stay!

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

Home was very clean and accessible. We came with a trailer attached to our vehicle and had plenty of space in driveway to accommodate both. Beds were comfy and shower temp was nice and hot. Nice place for our stop over in Jax.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The location was perfect, with the beach, attractions, restaurants, and the pier just minutes away. Everything was as described, and the convenience of nearby attractions made our visit unforgettable. We can't wait to return and explore more. Five stars all the way!

We really enjoyed the stay. I was receiving treatments at Mayo and was able to walk to at least half of them. It’s a great house and it was perfect for us. Two bathrooms near the master is a great setup. The open concept was nice. The grill works well too.

Really enjoyed our stay. Was a peaceful neighborhood and within one mile from the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

A perfect spot for a girls’ weekend! Literally 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, Publix and plenty of restaurants a short walk, drive or Uber away.

Staying at Catherine’s place made me feel very cozy. It was like I was in my own serene apartment. Will be my first choice for a staycation.

A very pleasant, tidy, accessible, and clean place. Very quiet and suitable for my purposes. The host made his rules clear and easy to follow. I have no complaints.

Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe and the host was a great communicator.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ron was very responsive. The suite felt like home away from home. We did not realize it was in a house with the other suites so close together, but everybody was pretty quiet so we did not mind it. The suite was clean and had anything you may need. Bed was comfy, suite had plenty of space, and everything we wanted to do was less than 15 mins from us. There were tons of things to do within walkable distance as well. The house is in a nice area and we would definitely stay again!

Wyman is a great host. I say this because this is the second time we stay those place and it’s always been outstanding thank you!

Once again, this little place exceeds expectations. Comfortable, with a location that can’t be beat, this is my go-to place when I visit PVB. I’ll be back again soon.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

Perfect location to beach and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. Loved having beach chairs, beach mats & umbrella available. We also appreciated the 2 ceiling fans. Everything was very clean and spacious.

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area! Thank you again Vanessa for sharing your property with us!

Loved the place everything you need is there very comfortable beds big TVs thought that was a balcony to sit on more like a hallway other than that everything was five stars but the inside makes us up for it so it was a wonderful place! Will stay again!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again
