Holiday rentals with a pool in Intracoastal Waterway

This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

Low key and a great place to go if the beach is what you’re after. Location is an easy walk to the beach even with 4 kids. The house had plenty of toys for the kids for inside and the beach. The pool has a great shallow area and I really preferred the decking over the concrete. Plenty of room to relax once the day is winding down too. Kids could stay upstairs with us or just hangout in their own rooms. If you like the night life or going out to eat locally, this is not the best place as options are limited. Food lion is just off the island along with some other chains. As well as a seafood market locally about once a week.

A great place by the beach. Phenomenal view of the ocean with easy access to the beach. The descriptions matched perfectly. Place was spotless clean and contained all necessary amenities. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

We loved the house! It was spacious, very close to the beach, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Wish we could have stayed for a week instead of just the weekend!

This was a beautiful stay! Great location, very peaceful, everything was clean and there were a lot of things in the storage closet (chairs, bikes, toys, etc.) for guests!

Was a wonderful home. Loved the location was so close to barefoot landing. Would definitely come back again! Two pools were super nice. Easy drive to the beach. Only complaint was the WiFi was so slow there is no way anyone would be able to work remotely.

The house was immaculate! From living quarters, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, screened porch and everything in between it truly felt like no corner was missed and as a mom of 2 young kids that was such a relief to walk into. There were beach and pool items that were actually usable and not rusted and salt water rotted like your typical rental spots. The location was perfect. Far enough from the main road to be private, but close enough to take the golf cart or walk anywhere you’d need to go. Mary was communicative, thankful and kind. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

We did want a place with 4 bedrooms, a pool, and easily walkable to the beach. Which we got. We had 8 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen was well stocked! Lots of dishes and a large casserole dish was a plus. The main deck outside was nice also. Used it more than the tiki bar area since it had more seating. We didn’t use the one upstairs. Only 2 chairs. I do wish the pool had been bigger. It was under the deck so it was super cold (not able to be heated up by the sun) and looked more like a hot tub size. I’m sure it is good when it gets more into the summer months. Just keep in mind it is very small. The only bathtub is in the master suite upstairs. Not in the shared bathroom. Just an FYI. Overall we had a GREAT stay! It’s about a good 5 minute walk to the beach. Nice quiet street. We loved that. The hammock was fun. Do bring bug spray! I didn’t include that in my packing. You are near the ICW.

We had an incredible stay at Katie’s place. Such a great location, beautiful and comfortable. Katie has thought of everything to help you relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. She was easy to communicate with and accommodating when we wanted to add an extra day. Definitely plan to be back soon

I love the condo. Better than the pictures (which was a first for me). Despite being a holiday weekend and in a multi unit complex, the condo was private & peaceful. Tori was so kind, professional and wonderful to collaborate with. I found myself not wanting to go home lol. We will definitely return and I greatly appreciate the experience. Thank you Tori!

This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

I have to start by saying, this is by far the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed at. The cleaners do an AMAZING job here. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer during our stay. Location was perfect. I’ve never stayed so close to the beach in my life - this is beachFRONT and the balcony is a perfect place to relax and watch the waves roll in. Kure beach is a quaint little residential beach town (just my style) - quiet and laid back but close enough to Carolina beach and Wilmington for entertainment. It rained for a few days so we went to a nearby aquarium and that was super nice too. The little shops and restaurants nearby are charming too. The whole town was colorful, down to earth, beautiful and I felt right at home in the condo. I feel like I’ve found a hidden jewel and hope to come back again. I wish I would’ve booked a few more nights.

The Condo was wonderful and extremely convenient for going out to the beach, dinner and to hang out. I had a great time and would recommend to others.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! We had a great stay here. Clean and welcoming condo. Communication from the host was exceptional. You're right on the beach! Beautiful views. Some construction going on around the building.

Amazing stay! Condo was beautifully decorated, and spacious. Was well stocked with everything we needed. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable also. There was a big porch and with the condo being on the 8th floor it had amazing views. Will definitely stay again.

This unit was perfect for our group. There is plenty of room for everyone. The large balcony with a great view of the beach was a perfect place for the kids to eat dinner each night and play games. The unit was clean upon arrival and well-stocked with items needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Such a great long weekend. The condo was beautiful, convenient, well decorated and seemed to be recently updated. The only feedback I would have was the shower was a bit outdated and the shower head was slow which seemed to be because it was “caked” with deposits - and the draining was slow. But this wouldn’t impact my overall rating because the condo was beautiful, well maintained, Stocked well and was just as described.
