The place was really nice and clean. We found ourselves constantly admiring the view, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. It was peaceful, cozy, and exactly what we needed. The host was very communicative from the time of booking all the way through checkout—super helpful and accommodating, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi would get slow at times, so we had to use mobile data occasionally, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Just a shame that we were not there the whole day because of the concert but we really enjoyed the ambiance, the cleanliness of the place and aesthetics. Bed is very comfortable. Sir Oliver and Ms Arlene were very good and sir Oliver allowed us to check-in early. Will definitely go back!

Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

The location was great—there were nearby stores, restaurants, and it was close to the market, so it was easy to get around. The host was very responsive and understanding. The only issue we had was that the internet could be intermittent at times, so if you're planning to work during your stay, it’s a good idea to have mobile data as a backup. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Ma Stella and Anthony were great hosts and very responsive. The condo is a comforting place with beautiful interior design. I love how many mirrors and power sockets it had. our aircon remote was swapped in the bunk bed room so we thought it wasn't cold, but when we use the master room remote the aircon worked just fine. Ma Stella was very accommodating with early check in and whenever we had any issues she is quick to respond. We bought a gallon of water for only 40-45 pesos and it lasted our stay for 4 days. Many ants so be sure to clean up quickly. the condo had all amenities required for a self contained stay and I appreciated the use of the iron. extra towels and blankets were provided for our longer stay which we appreciated. it was an easy walk to SM mall just crossing the street just be aware that due to the busy location near the mall, Grab is very hard to get during peak hours. Sometimes we had to resort to traditional Taxi or other modes of transport like Turtle car

I had an amazing experience staying at Home Hustler’s place. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect — close to SM Manila and Intramuros (our school) yet peaceful and quiet at night. Communication with Ma’am Cherry was smooth and prompt. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Metro Manila.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

It was a worthy experience. When I stayed there, there was an on going event at the nearby brgy and it was too loud at night. But that is something beyond the control of the unit owner and more likely a concern for the condo management. Overall, the stay was very very good. The unit had all of the amenities i needed for my 3 day trip. The condo is also very accessible. There was a 7/11 behind, a Mang Inasal and a few meters away from SM Sta. Mesa. The host also gave very clear instructions for the house rules. Will definitely recommend the place.

The place was spotless. We felt like it was our second home. The utensils you need for cooking and eating are complete. We had a goodnight sleep because the place is very quiet. Will surely return someday, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay very near to everything. Place is very clean and very modern. I love the place.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson! Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location. I highly recommend this place. The airbnb hosts were also quick to respond for guest checkins as well as any concerns you have. Overall great place. Highly recommend.
