Lochside cottage, stunning views

ChristopherRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely cottage in a fabulous location with unspoilt views over Loch Fyne. The only negative point was the noise from the plot of land next to the cottage where a new house is currently under construction. I’m sure once the building is completed the cottage will be extremely peaceful and we won’t hesitate to return . Very responsive and helpful host

Spacious lodge with king sized bed

RuneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
On arrival, the weather was coming in, but as soon as we were inside that just made the place feel cozy, it's well insulated against cold and drafts (and midges). And entering through the conservatory gives an upgraded porch to get yourself and your belongings sheltered under while you are fiddling to get in. Both kitchen and bathroom are really nicely specced, and we found the whole place to easily have everything we needed for holiday relaxing - including a very comfortable bed. The place is quite isolated, so unless your main plans for activity is walking - there is a nice round trip walk down to Furnace - or similar outdoor activities - or none at all - be aware that anything else requires a drive. That being said, nearby Inveraray was one of the most picturesque small towns we saw on our trip, with several good places to eat.

Bradley Apartment

We had a fantastic stay at Emma and Steven's apartment. It was spotless, cosy and fully equipped for a relaxing break. We really liked the location, with great walks nearby and Oban just a short drive away. Be sure to visit the newly reopened Taynuilt Inn at the end of the road - a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

JaneRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The most wonderful cabin with such a majestic view of Loch Goil, absolutely breathtaking. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. Iain was a wonderful host, warm and helpful, and gave us some fantastic recommendations for special dinners at Wild Kabn and Inver, both unforgettable experiences. We walked every day, soaking in the scenery, and were lucky enough to spot seals swimming right in front of the cabin! The space is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, from the cosy blankets to the picture-perfect window views. Morning coffee overlooking the water felt like a scene from a film. A magical stay we won’t forget.

NEW! Breathtaking Sea Views | Luxury 2 BD Apt

JocelynRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Beautiful apartment right on the Main Street of Oban with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Living room and one bedroom have great harbour view. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of 3 and all amenities provided were of good quality. We had the apartment on level 3 so have walking up the stairs with luggages were a good form of exercise for us 😆 Free on street parking just across the road from 6pm-9am daily. It’s about an hour drive to Port William and another 1/2hr to Glenfinnan Viaduct. Host was responsive to all queries before and during the stay. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Cherrybrae Cottage

MarielleRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We absolutely loved our stay here. The place exceeded our expectations. So beautiful, modern, clean and well equipped for a weekend away. The views are incredible (whatever the weather) We made full use of the kitchen over our 3 night stay as the place was just too nice to leave. The decking out front was a gorgeous place for a glass of wine and a beer in the sun. The interior design was lovely and the craftsmanship in the woodwork was amazing. Bose system was great 😊 and waking up to that view each day was incredible. We climbed Ben Nevis (1hr 40min) which we would definitely recommend for anyone who likes a challenge and breathtaking scenery. Our hosts were personable, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. We will definitely return!

Macree Pod

FaithRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a lovely two nights in this pod . A great location for our planned hike of Ben Cruchan. The pod was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The midgies were awful but expected at this time of year. We had to keep the window shut to keep them but this made the pod very hot 🔥 overnight. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we were able to enjoy a nice meal at the Taynuilt Inn which was just down the hill.
