A private entrance makes check-in easy and convenient, while offering privacy during your stay. Full kitchen, accessible bathroom, WIFI, and cable provided. Washer/Dryer available upon request. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go . Not suitable for staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the suite. In a bind we can accommodate a 3rd guest and a pet. Welcome.

Summer is here, flowers are blooming, the treehouse is air conditioned and cozy, and the hot tub ready! Relax in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall tumbles into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

The entire basement is for the guest except few restricted areas in the basement. This a quiet bedroom located in the look out 1500 sq foot basement which has a queen bed, attached bath ( with jacuzzi tub), private kitchen ( with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove) entirely for guest use, sitting area and a theatre room ( with owners permission) and high speed WI-FI. Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Infants and pets are welcome (please text me for over size pets or more than 2 pets) Play pan is available upon request.
