Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Inyo County

Our stay at Angels Hill was great! The perfect place to unplug and relax as a family. We have young kids (1 and 3.5) and it was perfect for them! Lots of space to play outside, the shaded deck was perfect for the 1 year old, and lots of kid necessities included (high chair seat, pack and play, plastic plates, etc). We loved adventuring around to hike and play in creeks in the area. We plan to come back!

Spacious home and property. The only thing we needed to buy was some briquettes for the BBQ, which is expected. Home is located half way between Death Valley and Las Vegas. (we visited both) Several local casinos nearby. OK restaurants nearby as well as a Walmart, Albertsons, etc. Pahrump can be windy and some areas see more dust than others. Definitely would visit again and do a little more exploring.

I highly recommend this place to stay! So easy to find, beyond easy to park (right next to the front door). Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood, easy walk to the restaurants and shops in town. It’s really nice to stay off of the main drag. There’s a cute porch to sit on that faces Mt. Whitney, which you can also enjoy while dining in the kitchen. Immaculately clean, modern, updated appliances and flooring in a cute 50’s era house - everything basic you’d need is provided (for cooking, showering - there is even laundry!) HUGE tv and very comfortable furniture and bed. I’d imagine a through hiker would be in heaven! The air conditioning in the front room is a life saver. Great water pressure - nothing bad at all to say! Easiest check in ever with the keypad. Make sure to hit the top button to lock on the way out! You’ll hear it. Would absolutely stay again.

We felt right at home! Sarah and Jaime were responsive and accommodating. The location is great for road cycling; it's right at the base of Whitney Portal Road and Horseshoe Meadow Road, and a short jaunt from Onion Valley Road. The master bedroom looks right out at Mt. Whitney!

Wow! What a great place! The indoor pool was the best. It was so hot outside so being able to swim without sun and UV exposure was absolutely amazing. I have already recommended this place to friends for future adventures. ❤️

Cozy and clean! Which was welcome after a day in the mountains of Cerro Gordo. A little “rustic” on the exterior but the inside was updated and very comfortable. A must go while there is the Alabama Hills Cafe. This is great little cottage! We loved Lone pine!

Wonderful stay! Small miscommunication at check-in but it was resolved quickly and David was great! The home was very clean, tons of generous goodies offered which was greatly appreciated, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The walk to the private beach was very easy and very enjoyable, did some fishing right from the shore! Close to trails, restaurants, water rafting outposts and loved the ice cream shop downtown! Huge portions! We would definitely return to this home!

Paul’s Airbnb is truly a retreat location. The house has everything you need with a peaceful vibe. Paul will greet you and give you the lay of the land. His tips were essential to me enjoying my time there, finding the local spot to enjoy the Keough Hot Springs for free in the wild and visit the Bitterbrush campground area and bristlecone pine 4000 year old trees. Paul even invited me to a local Pauite ceremony which was a special once in a lifetime experience. I’m humbly grateful. I look forward to coming back for future retreats.

Great location close to Alabama Hills and Lone Pine. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay here again!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was a great spot for our Death Valley trip. Maria was so kind and welcoming — she and her husband met us at the door, showed us around, and made us feel right at home. She also replied to messages really quickly. Awesome stay overall!

As friendly of a host as anyone could ask for, made us dinner one night. We returned favor next. Clean, quiet, laid back fun environment. Felt at home. What more can you ask for!

Great place for people looking for a quiet accommodation. Easy to get some work done at the kitchen table (fast internet). Also not too far away from Death Valley National Park.

Marina was a very friendly, gracious, and responsive host. The unit was nice, and clean, with all the working amenities that I would expect. The space felt nice and private, and Marina was entirely unintrusive. I very much appreciated her flexibility taking care of a few unexpected things from my end. I would happily stay there again.

Had a very pleasant time here! I really enjoyed the jacuzzi bath!
