Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο Σταυράκι, 3 χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι νεόδμητο, σε οικογενειακή κατοικία, σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά που μπορεί να προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας στους επισκέπτες. Δεν υπάρχει σκάλα για να εισέλθουν οι επισκέπτες στο σπίτι, ούτε σκαλιά εντός του διαμερίσματος.
