The view from the house is indescribable, you just want to enjoy the view of the Chora, the sea, the church all day. Great location on the mountainside, behind the house begins the hiking world. In the house there is everything you need, from the good bed you look at the sea and in the morning at sunrise you go to the roof and marvel. There are neighbors, no one bothered me. All in all, a wonderful place with a friendly, affectionate host. Want more?

Our villa was stunning with a most beautiful sea view. It was also extremely private. A short bus ride away from Thira and a short taxi from Oia. The host and her entire team were some of the most friendly and welcoming people we've come across on our travels. It is clear that they have a deep love for Santorini which has definitely rubbed off on us! Safe that when we go back we will be hoping to stay with them again be it in this property or one of their many others on the island. ευχαριστώ!

Avgi was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. Her place exceeded our expectations. Everything about the place was outstanding definitely a 10 out of 10!

I cannot say enough good things about Zak and his team. The guys carried out luggage to our place from the shuttle and made sure we knew everything about the rental, with a full tour, before leaving. The place we rented was exactly what was in the description. The location was amazing! Zak was amazing!! From the shuttle bookings, restaurant recommendations, booking our catamaran sunset cruise( which was incredible with Santorini yacht Club), personally coming to meet us for a coffee and the “treats” left in the room, our experience couldn’t have been better. We would highly recommend this place!!

We had the most wonderful stay! George and Nikki were absolutely fantastic. They were so warm and welcoming and we felt right at home. The home is so very cool and the location is phenomenal. The description matches the photos and the home was spotless. The views are incredible and we spent a lot of time on terrace as it was so peaceful and away from the crowds. Marousa and family were so welcoming and hospitable! Very friendly and helpful the whole time. They have breakfast and snacks available which was awesome in the morning. We were even pick up and dropped off at the port when arriving/departing making things super easy. We were able to leave luggage at the Airbnb until we departed as well. 10/10 would stay here again. Sea and Sun 1 is a beautiful house near Milotopos. We had a party of 3 staying as well as working during our visit and the house was the perfect size for us to separate out when we needed privacy. The wifi worked well in most areas of the house and Maria even supplied us with a backup, if needed. The views and sunsets are unbeatable but you do need to have a car/ATV to get up the unpaved road (as mentioned in the listing). One thing to note: the bathroom in the master bedroom is quite small but the main bathroom makes up for it. Maria was very responsive and helpful with recommendations around the island. We would stay here again for future visits to Ios.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a few days and were blown away. Definitely beyond expectations and very romantic. Hugh was a great host and extremely accommodating, the apartment was spotless , and the views are to die for.

Perfect place to stay in IOS!

Hugh’s place was my favorite in all of Greece. The personal pool overlooking the beach was my favorite part of this place. My wife and I booked for our honeymoon and had the best experience. Hugh is an amazing host and was so helpful with everything to know about IOS and to make it a great trip. Thank you again!

Great location and very gentle host - we really loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! A beautiful and charming house. Clean, tidy and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and very comfortable bed! The hosts are great! Very generous and kind. Me and my boyfriend had a very romantic couple of days here and would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Very nice place, secluded with great views. The decor is simple and high quality. We enjoyed the welcome from Gail who is very thoughtful, responsive and friendly. Access to the house is via a dirt and pebble road but it remains passable even without a 4x4! Thank you for these few days in this beautiful place!

These two felt like I was back home, with the help they provided me throughout my stay in ios! The room was nicely sized and very clean throughout the whole trip, location was spectacular. Will 100% be coming back to ios and staying with them again.

Rania and her husband are incredible hosts! This is our second time coming to her place just because she is such a gracious and caring host! Needless to say the sights of the best beach on the whole island take the cake, and it's minutes walk down to enjoy it! Receiving fresh figs, watermelon cake and little delights on a daily basis is what makes Rania Rania, and what makes staying at her place the best option on the whole island. We strongly recommend coming to visit this place as we most certainly will the next time we are back in Ios! Love you Rania!
