Monthly Rentals in Iowa County

Great place to stay while in Dodgeville. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Also spacious. The kitchen is will equipped with all you'll need to cook. We loved the large closet a the fact that there is a washer and dryer.

The place was clean with just enough room for 2 couples. We loved the outdoor space for grilling and sitting outside. The area is great for walking and close to the downtown. Even though there was no central air, we turned on the window air conditioner and left the fans in the doorways of the bedrooms to move the air, making it comfortable.

This was a last minute reservation and could only stay one night. However, I wish I could have stayed longer. The home was beautiful with all of the amenities that were listed. The stairs may be a little steep for the little ones and elderly, they can still access them with carefulness. Game area was great. Andrew was very responsive. It was great that he had coffee brewed already (he took initiative to ask if we wanted coffee), which provided a great aroma upon arrival.

It was a wonderful stay! Ashley was great. I wish we could have gotten closer to the river to fish but the place was clean and nice.
