Ali was very nice to send us some Baklava as an apology for the dishwasher which means he really cares about the guests and is a great host. Thank you Ali.

Very central location and the apartment was extremely clean

Esma place is a beautiful apartment in a peaceful residential area, close to airport. Everything is as described - new, clean, functional. The only problem was finding the precise location on Google Maps - the exact spot on the map seems to be 50 m further from the actual block. Everything else was simply perfect. thank you Esma Marek

Very close to city centre and shopping malls

We had a pleasant stay there. There is a 24-hour reception which is very convenient for check-in and check-out. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the center of Van. There is a kitchen but very few utensils (not even a plate) so difficult to use.

Hello everyone. We had a vacation with my wife for 1 night and 2 days. First of all, Mr. Reşat welcomed us at the front desk. He explained everything transparently. Everything was as it should be. He immediately took care of the minor issues we reported. He explained everything about the city, where to go and how to get there. We were very satisfied in general. Thanks for everything.

I’d like to say that Orhan was a very kind host and I really enjoyed the room I booked. I’d definitely love to stay in the same room again if I return to Van. In my opinion, everything described in the listing was accurate — the house was clean and well cared for, and I can’t really find any major faults.
