We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Erika's villa, 6 people. The accommodation is spacious, super clean, very well equipped (towels, blankets, etc.), and perfectly in line with the description. It immediately feels like home. The villa is ideally located, in a quiet and secure neighborhood, just 7 minutes from the beach and close to shops. Erika and her husband were lovely, always available, responsive and very welcoming. They responded to all our requests with extreme kindness. It's an incredible villa, which we recommend without hesitation. We loved our stay, and we will most likely be back!

The mansion is stunning, spacious and very well-equipped, with a heated pool that was a real differential, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was extremely kind and attentive throughout the stay, always available to help and respond promptly to any questions. One detail that made all the difference was the affection with which he received us — even sent us a special treat, which demonstrates the care and attention to the guests. Extraordinary property! A few steps from the beach in a private location. The host was very responsive and kind. Ideal for big families and friends getaways. The house has everything you need. It’s clean, tidy and spacious. We had a little issue with the shower but nothing major. I highly recommend this property.

The house is excellent. Espaçosa, organized, with all the utensils you may need for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. The pool is a good size and the housekeeper does the cleaning every day. There is a very nice backyard and garden space, with trees to shade. In the condominium also has a very cool swimming pool. We like it all, especially the tranquility of the place. Seu Hélio is extremely friendly, treated us as friends, responded quickly and gave us several tips for tours in the area. I hope to return soon.

The house is amazing, it has accommodated all of our family and friends, total of 16 people. The outdoor area was well used, we barbecued and we enjoyed the pool well. Everything was spectacular! Extremely organized and clean! Towels and bed linen for everyone. Location well located. Service of excellence, flexibility in check-in/out times. We will definitely return at any future opportunity.

- Structure: I went on rainy days, which ended up compromising some things. Two air conditioners were not working, but we requested repair and the next day it was resolved. The water supply pump also burned out, we were without water for a few hours, but we managed to get by until the repair. - Cleanliness/comfort: the house is even better than in the photos, very spacious, comfortable, new furniture, cleanliness was impeccable, new and fragrant bed linen. - In the kitchen: we miss some utensils such as a grill/sandwich maker, some pots for food storage in the refrigerator and an oven. - External environment: the property has a view and access to the sea, however there is a lagoon that flows into the sea, and in the rainy season it ended up dirtying the water, becoming muddy and full of algae, leaving us unable to bathe in front of the house, but I believe that in the summer it is conducive to bathing there. The hostess requests, we will definitely return on sunny days.

An impeccable residence as described in the listing. Spacious and clean rooms, all with air conditioning, clean water in all rooms (something that in São Miguel dos Miracles is difficult to have). Quiet and local condominium to park two vehicles perfectly, plus quick answers about any questions and extremely efficient and gentle collaborator. I recommend the residence to people who are demanding and looking for comfort.

We love the house facing the beach of the carpenters. The house has great rooms, all new and of excellent quality. Herminia always responded quickly to questions about the house, indicating markets and places that deliver, which helped us a lot, we didn't leave the house to buy anything, everything was delivered (market, fish and pharmacy). The employees Monica, Rai and Cleia were excellent, Cleia made very good food and was always attentive and available to help. It was a great week with the family in a wonderful location on Marceneiros beach. The condominium is very good, it looks very new and the house has an incredible location in the condominium, a few steps from the sand.

We love staying at home Sun! Since the time of booking, hostess Bárbara has been extremely kind and helpful, giving us tips on tours, restaurants. The employee's appointment to cook for us during our stay was great! She cooks beautifully and prepared a wonderful menu for us, including vegan options. Bárbara was so kind that she even left a little birthday present for my grandmother, as that was the reason for our trip. The location is privileged. The beach in front of the condominium is amazing and the house is super well decorated, well equipped and the private pool is warm, a delight. We love and will be back as soon as possible.

Our stay was amazing! The house is simply stunning, extremely comfortable and literally standing in the sand — you walk out the door and are already at sea. The location could not have wished for better. The place is a dream: white sand, calm, crystalline waters and no waves, perfect for relaxing with the family or playing with the children in total safety. Beaches are paradisiacs and offer a rare exclusivity, without that common movement in tourist destinations. Despite the tranquility, the house is at a strategic point, close to everything! The city offers great infrastructure. Guest care was exceptional! The person responsible for cleaning and food was a highlight aside: polite, helpful and caring, ensuring that we felt at home throughout the day. For everything the site offers, the cost-effectiveness was excellent!

The house is wonderful! My family is big and everyone is very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, well-equipped kitchen. The very spacious outdoor area, the children loved it.
