Great apartment, clean house, new furniture, very organized condominium. The location is very good, you can walk to all the hens port sites and the beach is less than 100 meters away. Just a warning, no visitors can be received. On the day we left I asked a couple who were traveling with us could wait in the house while we finished packing our luggage, but by order of the management the accommodation of third parties was forbidden even for a short time (making it clear that it has nothing to do with Carlos, it is an internal policy of the condominium and we have to respect).

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is a few steps from the beach, which made everything very practical and enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, but still super quiet, ideal for those looking for quiet. The swimming pool was a great differential, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. The apartment has air conditioning in every room, ensuring comfort at any time of the day. Another positive point was the availability of beach utensils, such as chairs and parasol, which made our experience a lot easier. We definitely recommend and will be back!

Our greatest recognition to Juri who guided us at all times, responded to our concerns and assisted us in our doubts, it was always for us. The apartment is beautiful, with a beautiful view of the sea and greenery, neat, clean and with all amenities. Super cozy environment, quiet neighborhood, flexible check-in and check-out (I was even coming from another Airbnb where I had a problem and Rodrigo was hyper helpful). Speaking of Rodrigo, an excellent, great host, always concerned with helping and doing everything to make the stay the best possible. He gave us great tips, super accessible at all times. Clean apartment, fully equipped as in the photos, new utensils, shower with great pressure. Oh, my husband and I had to work a few days and the internet was very good too. Loved our stay.

Before any further research, I will search for the Anamaria space. Impeccable, clean, comfortable, all of the best quality, we felt at home, even Easter chocolate was given as kindness to us. The apt is very well taken care of, all the furniture and appliances are new, working well, and although Muro Alto is the paradise on earth, having a comfortable resting place that makes you want to spend a month there makes all the difference. We will return for sure.

Great apartment. Located in the Condomínio Polinésia, you can use the entire structure of the Samoa Resort next door. It is possible to book paddles and kayak from the condominium itself, it is necessary to book in advance at the front desk. Bruna is very helpful and ready to resolve questions.

We loved the apartment. Very good location to go to the beach in the center. It's just like the photos, with this balcony with direct access to the building's pool, which is super practical and has a beautiful view with the beach and sea in the background. The time we went the condominium was with few people so the pool often had no one but us. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen to make food without problems, the dishwasher is a lifesaver, good service area. Accessibility in the surroundings is very bad with streets with a lot of construction and unevenness... the path to the center of the village is super short, about 10 minutes, and to the market, about 5 minutes, but there are many buildings under construction and the public areas are poorly maintained, which is not the fault of AirBnB or the condominium, but of the city hall. The beach in front is wonderful and has tables, chairs and an umbrella from the condominium at your disposal. I always suggest looking at the tide table to make the best use of the natural pools.
