Historic 1907

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

It has a 1200 square foot two level deck that is directly on the water's edge. The location gives you the Up-North feeling with the convenience of being close to the city.

This place was home away from home. Beautifully updated, had anything and everything you could use or need. The location was rite near everything while being private and serene, we saw birds, rabbits, and even deer. Our children had a blast running and playing in the huge backyard. We loved this place and didn't want to leave. Would recommend 100%

Great host, home was as described, we had a group of four fishing for the week with two trucks & boats. parking was available for us and power and water was easily accessible. Bedrooms were nice and the kitchen was nice. the feature of the living area was a massive television!!

This is a beautiful lake house! It was exceptionally clean and we immediately felt at home. The house exceeded our expectations - spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The modern interior is both stylish and cozy, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The large windows bring in plenty of natural light, making the space feel warm and inviting. The house was fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. Kelly was very responsive, though we had no issues while we were there! If you are considering this home, you should book it! I hope we will return again someday!!

Rebecca was very helpful and responsive. Check in was easy and smooth. The interior of the house was better than the photos. Super complete kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. There was plenty of anything you needed. Kids had lots of fun. We got to jump in the canal. Water didn’t seem appealing but it was great, clean and no funky smells. Rebecca was always there for help and recommendations. My family loved the place. Felt like home. Will definitely stay there again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Can’t say enough great things about this stay and Mary (Beth)! Beth and Kris knocked it out of the park for us from the start. They had everything ready, great condition, so many personal touches throughout the stay, great place and location, and great/knowledgable local recommendations. Great back yard and view of the lake. Parking room for a truck and trailer if fishing. We were there for ice season but they still had fish cleaning set up and ready for our ice adventures. It was a quick stay but would love to return and stay again. Nice cozy and updated living area, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. Again, can’t say enough great things. Thanks again Beth and Kris!
