Part of a picturesque barn and stable complex with bedroom/living room, en-suite, lobby, kitchenette and direct access to pretty shared courtyard garden with exotic plants and water feature. Set in the heart of the Broads National Park, two minute walk from Womack Water and river and five minutes to Ludham village pub and shop. Scenic river and marsh walks, nature trails, beaches, riverside pubs, boat hire all close by. Seal pups at Horsey a special off- season attraction December to February.

Relax at this unique and lovely Barn in the village of Ludham in it's own large south facing garden. Newly renovated throughout, it offers a bright, fresh and cosy open plan living and dining space. Lovely patio area for alfesco dining and is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads and some of the best coastline in Norfolk. At the end of the day relax in the Hot Tub and look up at the stars. It is a 2 mins walk to the Kings Arms pub, shops and Womack Staithe amenities is just a 10 mins walk.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
