The location was great. I was traveling with a 2 and 4 year old and there were plenty of things to keep them occupied.

This place is adorable! And it's right on the water! The space is well appointed and well designed with high-end touches. The bed was comfy, too. I'd highly recommend this apartment for couples who are looking for a quiet getaway.

Maxx was a fantastic host, we had a large group and the space accommodated us well. There was a conflict with our first booking but Maxx went above and beyond to fix it and made our stay enjoyable.

I spent 2+ months at Jocelyn’s and got quite comfortable! It’s definitely a ways away from things, but that was fine for me during that time. Communication was great. Jocelyn and family were nearby but never intrusive. I probably won’t be staying near Gloucester any time soon, but if I did I would definitely check Jocelyn’s availability first.

I booked Sandra’s place for my parents to stay during my graduation from William and Mary. They loved everything about it, were able to keep in touch with Sandra easily, and said they would be happy to stay there again. Thank you!

Daniel was a great host. He welcomed us and treated us very kindly. He showed us around and took the time to talk to us about the history of the river and the bay. We will definitely go back again. I highly recommend staying at Daniel’s place.

Our stay here in Williamsburg was great! The location was convenient to the local attractions - Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens, etc. - so many options for food and fun nearby as well. The unit itself was clean and well appointed with plenty of room and amenities - perfect for a 7 night stay for our family with young kids. Heather was helpful in answering my questions leading up to the trip and was more than willing to accommodate my requests in terms of location on the property. Would definitely recommend booking with her!

Plenty of room and perfectly close to all of our plans during our stay. Our family was able to share meaningful time all together in the same place - lifetime memories.

This place is beautiful and pristinely clean as well as spacious! We loved our stay and the facility was wonderful for the kids and our family. The only negative was the rude phone call after I expressed that I wasn’t interested in attending the timeshare presentation. I ended up just having to hang up the hotel phone after they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Other than that we absolutely loved this place and the outdoor pool / hot tub were a hit!

Once you get through the time share business at check in the stay is excellent!!!! Facility is amazingly clean and updated compared to other places in Williamsburg. Very very wonderful!

The place was very clean and spacious for just two of us! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean as well as the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen area was great and gave us all the basic amenities we needed. I recommend booking, you will not be disappointed!

This condo is in a great location close to every attraction in Williamsburg. It was perfect for our family to spend time together. We loved the pool and my husband and I tried pickle ball for the first time and loved it. The place is nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable.

Brooke was very responsive and booking was easy. She communicated well and we had a great stay.

The resort was great, had activities that my kids enjoyed. I was very happy with the 3rd bedroom lock off as it allowed the teenagers to have their own space. However, I was not aware that we would have to attend a timeshare presentation, or pay a $60 fee. I was told at checkin and was also told it was 90 mins and be there at 9am. Even though I was upfront about not wanting a timeshare it still took me 2 hours and 39 mins to get out of there which wasted my entire morning which happened to be one of the only two sunny days of the week. Loved the place, would stay again but didn’t like how there was a requirement of my time.

We always stay here when visiting Williamsburg. Great location. Comfortable and clean.

It was great, especially for couples. Lake view, spa tub with jets, and building to go to for indoor outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, and a pool table. A half basketball court, tennis court, walk trail, and lots of friendly people that work there. Steven is a great host, he responded to me less than 3 minutes after my first message and was responding to me no later than a minute after each message. He asked me what I was looking for and gave me other recommendations. My fiancé walked in and said, "wow, this is perfect." Thank you Steven, we will be back soon...

The unit was clean and comfortable. Todd was very responsive to messages. We enjoyed our stay.

This listing is a great deal for the space an amenities provided! Our kids loved the mini golf and arcade. The rental itself was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

Totally impressed with the rooms. Accommodated all of us with lots of space. Very clean…even the outdoor furniture was clean. I love to sit on the balcony in the mornings and felt very at home. We had a small hiccup with the hot water turning cold before we all had showers, but followed Randall’s instructions and called the front desk. They came right away and fixed the issue. Plenty of hot water the rest of our stay. I was very pleased with our stay here.

Absolutely LOVED this spot & will definitely be coming back. Even recommended to our family who comes out there too!

Great space! Plenty of room, nice amenities, very clean, comfortable bed. Very quiet and private. Elizabeth is a great host and very responsive. Would recommend this listing and would stay here again.

The resort is very centrally located. Unit was actually more quiet than expected. There was a party in another building but it did not disturb us when we decided to go to sleep.
