Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Is Molas

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

Perfect stay... just outside the center of Pula (within walking distance), with convenient free parking a few steps away. Clean house, tidy and with everything you need to feel at home (cooking utensils, oil, salt, coffee, umbrella with deck chair). The house is equipped with air conditioning but it was not necessary as the house stays cool in the evening. Last but not least, flexibility on check-in and check-out times. We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only beautifully decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing. The private parking directly at the accommodation was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city dwellers who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living space to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the peace and quiet without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

We have enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make your stay excellent. He waited for us with dough, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc. This shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always responded immediately to any questions or requests we made. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the shower outside was perfect to bathe comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and the access with suitcases on an uneven slab road was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood and not Ludovica. Thank you very much for everything!!

The hosts are very lovely. The accommodation is wonderfully located above the bay. The bedrooms are very quiet and located at the back. The last 200 m to the accommodation is a bumpy road. You also have to be careful with some navigation systems (Waze), as the road is not displayed correctly. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this accommodation.

We had such an amazing time staying at Riccardo’s villa, it’s in a stunning area and the place is beautiful and has everything you need. We were given lots of local recommendations and Riccardo was so helpful during the arrangement of our stay. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

The flat is clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area. It has good natural light, enough space for daily living, and basic amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with shops and transport nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay.

Great place, wonderful terrace with a beautiful view, spacious, comfortable, sensational neighborhood, comfortable bed, everything you need is in the apartment, everything is close. In the center of the city, many attractions in the area. We loved it!

We loved this spot! The jacuzzi overlooking the city was amazing. The place was in a great location. The kitchen was lovely to cook in. We stayed here for a week and made it our home. The rooms get dark and cold which make for great sleeping. The area is quiet, the balcony you can see the ocean from, and it was a 10/10 spot to stay. The hosts are very responsive too! If you have any questions, they write you back almost immediately. Great place to stay, highly recommend it!

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

Roberta's spacious apartment perfect for my 7 day stay in Sardinia. Greated by a warm, friendly welcome, everything was easy to understand of what was needed to know about the place and Roberta was available if I had any questions during my stay. The apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. It has a good size balcony to have breakfast on or unwind during the day and the bathroom was a good size as well. Located in Pula, it was just a short walk to local restaurants, bars and only a short drive to the local beach. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and Roberta was a great, friendly host

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the equipment is new. Great outdoor grill! You need a car in the location, but you have a nice view. Beaches of Chia 10 min. by car, supermarkets in Pula also about 10 min. At the bottom of the main road, directly opposite, a holiday complex leads to a beautiful beach (small parking lot after about 400 m on the right). We felt very comfortable and Stefano is the perfect host! Always available, competent and very helpful. A later check-out was possible, but again our thanks!!

Very spacious, extremely comfortable spaces. Easy living in penthouse with wrap around verandah, all sides. Great location, close to old town, Belvedere lookout, marina, etc… nice and easy. Fantastic hosts 🙏, kitchen with everything you need; I highly recommend! Cheers

Super cute rustic place to stay, centrally located and easy to get around and walk through the city. Bernadette was super responsive and check in was easy. The only thing is the door was kind of hard to unlock but I think that’s all Italian doors. Clean place, beautifully decorated and spacious. We accidentally slept in on our day of check out and Bernadette was very nice about it
