Everything was nice but was hot a bit in living room

Excellent; secured; and clean house in a quiet community. Close to the beer chang circuit and football stadium. We had a very smooth arrival and was welcomed by the house manager who is nearby the property personally came to welcome us as per our request. Quality fresh fruits and dozens of bottle of water were even provided as complimentary, this is a very kind gesture better than 5 star properties too. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. fenced property and remote gate in a small street complex of houses in very rural area nth west of city. Quiet area 5-10min drive out of Buri Ram city. A bit further out than originally indicated. Namthip was a great host, couldn't do enough to help us and gave us fresh fruit and food on few occasions that was unexpected but highly appreciated. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking meals. highly recommended this Host and property. Definitely would stay here again.

Parichat was very welcoming even providing me with snacks when I arrived and when I left. Place was clean. I was there for the MotoGP of Thailand and booked this last-minute.

My family and I had a great stay here for our Burirum Marathon run. The house was spotless. Great spot for travellers with a car. 7km from Chang Arena. The host, K.Nan, was very responsive and generous. We were her very first customers staying in her house but everything got sorted well; easy to check-in and check-out. Highly recommended! We are considering to stay here for next year marathon as well.

We made a last minute reservation in order to watch the moto gp race. The place was very nice located and has space for big groups of people. It’s as shown in the photos, host very responsive and helpful

Very good place just off the track

its hard to book an accommodation during thaiGP but i found this and they allow 1 night stay and its just 5km from the circuit, we travel from BKK same day and they waited for us.. big parking, our van fits. response thru chat is instant, any time. new house, with lots of freebies like bread, water, egg, etc. highly recommended.

Good honest person, good honest accomodation, my girlfriend speaks Thai which made things a little easier, but ยุพิน’s made delicious breakfast for us every morning, helped with transportation, information and was so lovely to us 😊 thank you 🙏

今回の目的はMOTO GP観戦でした。 サーキットから近かったのでとても良かったです。 またホストさんがとても親切でメッセージにも直ぐ返信をしてくれました。 朝サーキットへ行くのに車を手配していただきとても助かりました。 部屋も写真の通りでした。 寝室は2部屋有りますので4人で行けば良いかと思います。 ペットボトルの水と氷も3日分冷蔵庫に準備してくれています。 私達にとって今回は非常に満足な滞在となりました。

This is a home stay not a 5 stay hotel. It was comfortable , clean ,and the host was very helpful . Location was perfic for the Moto GP only 800m walk. Large out side area for relaxing in the evening.

Love the house and people. Everything is neat and clean! At first, it was not easy to make a taxi driver understand the place. and the driver charged 200 baats for one way trip. And so I thought it would be a bit expensive to tour around, however, the host offered us a ride to buy foods and drinks. She was so kind that she took us to three different places to buy sticky rice. (which we wanted to eat) We enjoyed spending time together. And the breakfast she cook every morning is sooo tasty. I already miss the place. definitely recommend this place to everyone.

So we booked this place for motogp and it was worth it. The host and landlord are very accommodating. The host always responds quickly to messages and her English is good enough for essential communication. The landlord is extremely kind he take us to his own restaurant great local food and he took us to bbq hot pot local. For breakfast he took us to a friend’s restaurant which was also good. He does all of this with his personal car. when we tried to pay him he tried to refuse. he is very humble. He also went straight to pharmacy and picked up medicine when I had a fever. The house is very clean and has great scenery. He has a lot of resting areas with beautiful lilly pad gardens. You’ll be surrounded by local birds and cows. Very quiet area and his house have soundproof windows. AC work well in rooms. He also has power extension cables and extra fans if you need it. I will definitely come back when I can so anyone reading this better book now or I’ll book it before you.
