The Hideaway Cottage

The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 5 minutes, and Brighton is 25 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

Firdove Studio is suitable for those that like enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside with lovely views stunning sunrise's But is also near Glyndebourne, Historic Lewes and cosmopolitan Brighton. Situated in a quiet country lane with lovely walks on your doorstep. There is a main bus route 5 minutes away So a car is not necessary or just as a rest from driving and parking. If it's Cricket on a village green the razzmatazz of Brighton or some Puccini and Picnic at Glyndebourne it's here

Peaceful and spacious country barn with fire pit

Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is situated in the heart of the Sussex countryside in the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. Spring feels like its just around the corner. The sun is shining and the daffodils are brightening the garden. All the trees and shrubs are beginning to bud and the garden feels like it will explode into colour very soon. The birds are singing and deer gather in the fields.

A gloriously secluded Shepherds Hut close to Lewes

Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.

The Dragons Nest

Take it easy and get back to nature at this unique and tranquil getaway in a beautifully crafted, rustic holiday cabin nestled in ancient woodland among the stunning countryside of East Sussex. Just a minutes drive from the timeless and adorably quaint village of East Hoathly. The main house is situated nearby (the back of the house is roughly 8 meters away) The Dragons Nest and relaxing garden patio / bbq area is screened off with living forest walls so you can enjoy your privacy. 🌳

The Garden Room

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

Little Coombe Bank

New in 2019 ! Little Coombe Bank is a lovely self contained cabin with its own private garden space . It is suitable for 2 adults primarily. We also have a cot for babies. It is a light and airy space with lots of natural light from the 3 skylights, 2 large windows and full glass entrance which opens out to your private patio garden complete with wood burner. It is adjacent to the main house but not overlooked. We are pet friendly and have fab walks direct from the house.

Stunning Studio Barn, Buxted

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.

Peaceful 2 bedroom log cabin on a private nature reserve five miles east of the Ashdown Forest in the High Weald area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Self contained cabin with private garden and dedicated parking. Guests are welcome to take walks on our reserve which has an abundance of bird and wildlife. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with numerous local attractions and 10 minute drive to Lewes with its culture, bars, restaurants, antiques and shops.
