Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Isiolo County

Was a real in and out but would love to go earlier next time and enjoy the garden which looked really tranquil . Rooms were big and spacious and the house clean with decent wifi

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa off the beaten track. It is close to Nanyuki but just far enough to really enjoy the nature and birds. The housekeeper makes you feel at home right away and arranged affordable transport whenever we needed it. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the view over mt Kenya. We watched the sunset here every day. It is a perfect hide out for doing remote work or for a relaxing vacation. The area offers some nice walks across the river and the country side.

Hellen is Great host and she has amazing house keepers. If you are looking for a place to stay within Nanyuki, I would highly recommend Hellens place.

We really enjoyed our time here! The house is very spacious, with a large livingroom and well furnished kitchen. We also loved the garden - even though there are some chickens that may wake you up in the morning! The check-in was smooth, and both the owner and the house keeper are extremely friendly and welcoming. The house keeper also cooked us a great meal which we really enjoyed. The area is safe and quiet - yet not far from the centre! In summary, the perfect house for our needs. Only one small point was that the beds are a little small for a couple to share, but only a minor issue.

Marion's place is amazing. It is well kept amd clean. In a serene area, with a beautiful view of Mt. Kenya. Maina the caretaker was wonderful and very responsive to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend. thank you so much.

This place was awesome. It's clean, well maintained and far exceeded our expectations. On top of it all, Eric is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. There's a caretaker on the property too who is on hand to help in case you need anything. I'd be happy to come back again and again.

The house is very spacious and modern, the furniture was very well chosen and laid out. The rooms were big and had ensuite bathrooms. The house interior is well done. Some downsides, the outside area of the house is not usable, since its technically unfinished. The area is also dump and the lighting inside the house is not good. The rooms feel dump. Overall, this was an okay place.

We decided to treat ourselves on our camping roadtrip with a night at Stephanie. Late midday we stumbled upon this place and didnt look further. Luckily Stephanie responded within 5 minutes that we are welcome for the night. We were welcomed by the lovely Agnes, she lives in the house next door. And she is in for a good chat, wants to show you her shamba (veg garden) and she helped me to learn how to make chiapati. The house is amazing. Wide kitchen, very comfortable bed and bathroom. But the view from the terrace is out of this world. The perfect sundowner with wide views on the Lewa Conservancy. Even without binoculars you are able to spot elephants, oryx, gazelles and osstrich. I highly recommend this place.

Quiet place , was bummed out there was no nearby shop

The place was great. The access to Maiyan and their wonderful food was also great. The road to access the area is not. Hopefully this improves in time. We arrived after dark, and it took us quite a while from town. The directions took us right to the front gate, so no problem there. All in all, it was a great place and we will be back next time we are in Nanyuki.

This is an amazing place. The animals, views of Mt Kenya and the walking are exceptional. If you are looking for peace, quiet and space then you will not find better.

Heated swimming pool was great. Very spacious house. Beautiful and clear view of the much loved Mount Kenya. Comfortable beds with extra blankets for the cold nanyuki weather. A few issues with cleanliness of the kitchen but overall a great place if you dont mind loud music. Would recommend to anyone having a party or gathering.

A beautiful stylish eco retreat - a lovely getaway and peaceful weekend away with friends. Sarah was accomodating and a good communicator and Kelvin and Albert were friendly and helpful. As listed, the house is quite far from Nanyuki town, so make sure to take all your supplies with you- and a 4WD was needed (especially in the wet season!) Thanks for a lovely stay!

Everything was great, very clean and organizied.

The house was really beautiful. It resembles a Spanish villa with the beautiful Mt Kenya as the backdrop. The staff were amazing, helped us from the moment we got in. Celestite, Jackson and Ephantus really looked after our every need. The food prepared was excellent and thoughtful. The swimming pool was lovely and the outdoor fireplace under the stars gave us a magical evening. The sundowner deck on top of the house gave us some beautiful sunsets. Our dogs enjoyed it, just a note, this is around farmland and there are plenty of ticks on the farm animals around, so just beware and ensure your dog is up to date on their flea and tick medicine before coming here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it highly.

The Doc and his wife Faith are incredible hosts, always super responsive and so kind. The house is super comfy, everything we needed and more. We highly suggest this Gem of a place and its kind, knowledgeable hosts! 5 min walk to town and just a 5 min drive to bus station or stage. We cant wait to stay again.

Zilpers place is wonderful, there's enough parking, the place is secure and serene. (Actually you can see mt kenya from the house), Zilper is also a wonderful host i must say. She is welcoming qs well. The house is clean with everything that you need.

The host was such a nice soul. The place was cosy and ideal. I would stay here again and again.

We enjoyed our stay at the place. The place is near the CBD and easy to reach. They are well stocked with all the necessities you may need. The beds and beddings were clean and comfortable in a quite neighborhood.

House is good with lots of tree. View is also natural. mountain valley view in rear side. House surrounded by fields. Staff is very helpful. It’s standalone tree house. Peaceful and natural atmosphere.

I was in search of a quiet, peaceful place, and I found that at Joy's place. I love how we easily accessed Nanyuki from her place, and the recommendations she had for us -- especially a visit to the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. She was super responsive, and such a great host. We loved it, and will most certainly be back!!!
