It has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped, a toilet, a large terrace with sea views, and a parking space. It’s an ideal place to relax or even work, as it includes two desks. The complex offers common areas, Swimming pool (June 15 - September 15), a playground, and padel courts. It is located right next to a sailing school and near the marina and golf course.

Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.

Equipped with bikes and rockets to Padla. The nearby Isla Canela beach is one of the most beautiful in this region and one of the better places to do kitesurfing. The nearby bird reserve is a mecca of all ornithologists. The complex is adjacent to the charming town of Ayamonte.

They always behave very well. Stunning views of the Guadiana River and Portugal. Beautiful sunsets. It's the first floor. On the third floor, we have a large private terrace. The terrace has independent access and is exclusive to guests. The views are spectacular.
