El cliente sólo puede alojar el número máximo de personas definidos en las características del apartamento y de la tarifa contratada. El alojamiento estará preparado para la cantidad de personas que estén registradas y deberán notificar con antelación en el caso de que necesiten utilizar el sofá cama si lo hubiese, además de un coste extra. En el caso de que viajen con coche, existe la posibilidad de dejarlo en un parking subterráneo, bajo petición previa por 25€ euros el día, en la “Plaza de la Concordia”, a tan solo 3 minutos del alojamiento.

A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses. The penthouse has wifi, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and woodburning stove. Restaured 5 years ago.
