As a final complement, the apartment has a small terrace overlooking the Giralda, to enjoy the sunny days and the fantastic nights of our city. It has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable large double bed, bathroom, a living-dining room as a loft with a double sofa bed and a dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, microwave, all kinds of small appliance, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a full kitchen. Full cleaning closet, ironing and ironing board. The apartment has high speed WiFi, high quality and quiet air conditioning (cold/heat), Smart-TV TV, also having radiators, at your disposal as a complement for winter. The apartment is delivered with sets of towels, sheets, hair dryer and amenities for all its tenants and fully prepared for your use. If you stay longer you can organize the room service (30 euros, includes cleaning and change of clothes). Subject to availability, we can offer a late Check-Out free of charge. A light and large apt over two floors with large terrace and mirador. Located on the top floor of a beautiful c19th building, restaured by the owner architect. The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower-over-bath and shower cubicle. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. The kitchen opens out onto a conservatory with sofa, dining table and chairs and onto a terrace with views over the city and the nearby Barroque church of San luis de las franceses.
