The apartment (50m2) is part of a medium-sized condominium, in the Las Playas. A 5 minute drive to the Yacht Club and Caleta Beach. With panoramic view; quiet and safe. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and in the living room with a single bed and two mattresses. We have a kitchen and dining room. The terrace and pool are common areas. Notes: 1. Hello, how are you? The Audi house (Privacy) has parking for motorcycles and cars. It's very safe, with a patio outside (table and chairs). When entering, you can see that there are no steps. It has a large living room, a beautiful dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics for you to cook quietly, two large bedrooms with fans, and two full bathrooms with (towels, soap, toilet paper) ideal for your personal hygiene. It has a beautiful terrace where you can rest.
