Abi’s place was great. Easy to walk to from the ferry. Walking distance to the beaches and great restaurants. Her place had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.

Gianmarco had beers ready for us. Great location. Centrally located. Clean and well maintained. Small bathroom but normal for a condo of that size.

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Yes, don't hesitate, stay here! This place will allow you to vacation with total freedom, it has good mobility, it has what you need, autonomous arrival and departure, very quiet neighborhood, quiet house, if you are with your real family do not think about it, this place is perfect for them. The photos don't do the place much justice, it's prettier.

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to make a large purchase. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, super. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It is only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Anthony’s apartment is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach. I was waking up every morning to sunrise, what a great way to start the day. Tons of restaurants, mall nearby, tours pick you up right in front of the condo, another great perk. Anthony is a great host, very responsive, sent me video clips to check in and show around the apartment. The next time we visit Cancun, we’ll will for sure stay in Anthony’s apartment.

Excellent hosts, they were always on the lookout, the house was clean and as described and as is in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions to the places. My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

The house is away from the tourist areas and the location may seem concerning. However we felt perfectly comfortable and safe. We walked to stores and restaurants with no problems. If you go during the hot season, the common areas in the house will be very toasty; bedrooms all have a/c. Bottom line we would stay there again.

Carolina and Hector’s place was absolutely PERFECT!!! My family and I felt right at home! The location was very safe, private territory with security and close to everything. The house has EVERYTHING! In addition to all the necessities, there were a lot of games, pool and beach accessories, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floaties, towels, etc. Literally ANYTHING you might need to elevate your stay. The beds were super comfy too! I worked remotely and had a lot of long zoom calls and the internet was super fast and never cut out. Carolina and Hector were the best hosts ever! Super responsive, accommodating, attentive and flexible. They addressed every matter immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless! Can’t wait to go back to this gorgeous house!

If you’re a first time traveller to Cancun with a child and/or with granny like we did, this place is the right choice! It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is great! There’s a giant supermarket and a shopping center alongside with well-known restaurants within a few steps away from the apartment. We enjoyed the stay. There’s host was very friendly. We didn’t need to contact him much, because everything was good and working well!

The house was nice. The air conditioner kept the house very cool during the blazing heat. The area had a few restaurants. The Mexican buffet was really good. The restaurant next door had great tacos and the waiter was really nice.The rooftop was very relaxing. Just a suggestion maybe a lounge chair would be nice to catch some sun. The WIFI was in and out but it worked when I needed it. The washing machine washed my clothes clean. There no elevator so be mindful of your luggage weight. Will definitely stay here again in the future Thanks 😁

AWESOME! I thought it was a high price, but when you get to the place everything was worth it, everything was excellent, the pools, the place, everything was at your fingertips, if you cook on your trip you can enclose the smoke a little but when you turn on the bell it is solved. super recommended. If you want to relax it is the place.

everything was great.. a good option to get to know Cancun if you want to save on accommodation, there are restaurants nearby, or if you are passing through it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, I would stay again. with dispensers for the shower in case you don't want to open suitcases like me.
