Trini was so friendly and organized everything perfect. The communication was outstanding. The appartement is in old town but still quiet as it is on the 4th floor, reachable by elevator :-) the private rooftop terrace is a perfect place for the breakfast and for the sundowner! There is a private parking garage only two minutes walk away, so your car is safely parked. We felt absolutely comfortable at our stay, and can warmly recommend Trinis apartment.

2nd stay in this apartment and continues to be a recommended accommodation because it is the most modern development in the area with ample services and amenities! Just like on the previous occasion, Celine and Arturo were pending and greatly facilitated the entrance.

It's been an amazing experience. The host was really nice and proactive in advising how we could check-in and get into the place. Also recommended the location of additional parking spaces which we needed as we were a large group. The communication was really easy but even more, the place was amazing. The location was great, in front of a beautiful park, and at walkable distance from all the touristic places and Murcia city centre. The apartment is huge, comfortable, and very nicely furnished, with plenty of storage room, comfy beds and sofas, and even a studio where 2 people could work remotely from. The terrace is fantastic and I only wish we have had more time to enjoy it. Next time I'm back in Murcia, I'll repeat this place. 100% would recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Joaquin was always very responsive and helpful with my questions and met me to help me carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The apartment is very close, around 5-7 minutes walk, to the bus station and about 20 minutes walk to the train station. It's situation is fantastic, very close to the town centre, lots of restaurants around and a supermarket 2 minutes away. It is a very safe area and was quiet enough to have a good nights sleep. I was kindly given a bottle of mineral water on check in and there is everything there to make your stay great....I would definitely stay there again!!

apartment is perfect, spacious and really fresh feeling. had everything you needed inside it. the view is outstanding and right across the road from the beach.

We rented Mercedes' apartment for a week and overall the experience was very good. The apartment was in perfect condition, with beautiful views and everything was very clean. Every time we needed a utensil or appliance, we found it without a problem. We were pleasantly surprised that no mosquitoes entered even with the windows open at night, even so, we had mosquito plugs and sprays, which is appreciated. However, there were a couple of details that we would have liked to know in advance: we were not told that the pool would be under construction all week. It was a shame, as it was a service (included in the total) that we valued a lot when choosing accommodation and that, in the end, we could not enjoy. In addition, the ceiling fan did not work properly with the remote control: the light could be turned on, but we could not get it to blow air. Despite these aspects, it is a very good apartment to spend a quiet and comfortable vacation.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. The house was beautiful, outside area was lovely, we got a lot of use from the pool. Would definitely go back , very cosy Lovely evening’s spent with a glass of wine on the roof terrace enjoying the view. Meals ate on the table in the outside area. If you want hustle and bustle and lots of places to walk to this is probably not for you, would need a car but if you want a lovely relaxed family holiday, in a beautiful house and setting, overlooking the salt lakes this is your place.

Spectacular chalet that makes you feel that you belong to another economic level. You feel at home and Juan answers any questions at all times. The proximity of the tram makes the fact of being outside Murcia not a problem. It is equipped with everything you need and more. To repeat without a doubt.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

The apartment met all our needs and those provided by the ad. Araceli was charming, kind and attentive, and even had the thoughtfulness to save us a place on the same street to park. 100% recommended.

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.
