Trini was so friendly and organized everything perfect. The communication was outstanding. The appartement is in old town but still quiet as it is on the 4th floor, reachable by elevator :-) the private rooftop terrace is a perfect place for the breakfast and for the sundowner! There is a private parking garage only two minutes walk away, so your car is safely parked. We felt absolutely comfortable at our stay, and can warmly recommend Trinis apartment.

Fui yo y 2 amigos más y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Se encuentra muy fácilmente aparcamiento y la playa está muy cerca, a unos 100 m. se llega a ver desde la ventana, de hecho. El piso estaba impoluto, en términos de limpieza no había absolutamente de nada de que quejarse. La orientación del piso también es muy buena, siendo muy fresco y en una calle tranquila. La ubicación es muy céntrica.

¡2ª estancia en este apartamento y continúa siendo un alojamiento recomendable por ser la urbanización más moderna de la zona con amplios servicios y comodidades! Al igual que en la ocasión anterior, Celine y Arturo estuvieron pendientes y nos facilitaron enormemente la entrada.

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

Joaquin was always very responsive and helpful with my questions and met me to help me carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The apartment is very close, around 5-7 minutes walk, to the bus station and about 20 minutes walk to the train station. It's situation is fantastic, very close to the town centre, lots of restaurants around and a supermarket 2 minutes away. It is a very safe area and was quiet enough to have a good nights sleep. I was kindly given a bottle of mineral water on check in and there is everything there to make your stay great....I would definitely stay there again!!

Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Sarah is an amazing host. Always at the end of the phone! Villa was very well equipped for all your needs and immaculate. A home from home stay. The house was beautiful, outside area was lovely, we got a lot of use from the pool. Would definitely go back , very cosy Lovely evening’s spent with a glass of wine on the roof terrace enjoying the view. Meals ate on the table in the outside area. If you want hustle and bustle and lots of places to walk to this is probably not for you, would need a car but if you want a lovely relaxed family holiday, in a beautiful house and setting, overlooking the salt lakes this is your place.

Espectacular chalet que te hace sentir que perteneces a otro nivel económico. Te sientes como en casa y Juan te responde a cualquier duda en todo momento. La cercanía del tranvía hace que el hecho de estar a las afueras de Murcia no sea un problema. Está dotado de todo lo necesario y más. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

We had an brilliant time as a group of 5 adults and 8 children. The space is ideal for groups and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained. We liked that the house was in a quiet area, it still felt safe and was only a short uber ride to Murcia centre. Alicia was a fantastic host, she really couldn’t do enough for us. We hope to return next year!

Dit is de tweede keer dat wij hier verbleven. Wederom heerlijk genoten! veel ruimte in de woning, schoon en vooral heerlijk rustig en privé. Het privé zwembad was verwarmd wat zeer aangenaam was! kinderfaciliteiten aanwezig, zoals kinderstoel, autostoel en wat speelgoed voor in huis en in het zwembad. Zeer tevreden! Tot slot is de communicatie met de host zeer prettig en reageert zij altijd heel snel!

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

For en fantastisk leilighet! Den har perfekt beliggenhet på stranden, og med utsikt over strand og havet. Vi hadde lest noen anmeldelser som nevnte kirkeklokken. For oss ble det en naturlig det av lydbildet og sjenerte oss ikke. Leiligheten har alt du trenger for selvhushold om du ønsker det. Patrick og den lokale hushjelpen er hyggelige og de er lett å kommunisere med. Rett over gaten er et veldig flott bakeri, og på matbutikken må jeg nevne damen som jobber i ferskvaren. Hun hadde god kunnskap om ost med mer. Vi kommer tilbake og anbefaler Patrick og leiligheten på det varmeste😊

El apartamento cumplía con todas nuestras necesidades y con las aportadas por el anuncio. Araceli fue encantadora, amable y atenta incluso tuvo el detalle de guardarnos un sitio en la misma calle para poder aparcar. Recomendado 100%.

Wir haben unsere anfängliche Buchung von einer Woche auf drei Wochen verlängert. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines sehr stilvollen Komplexes mit wunderschönem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Antonio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der in jedem Fall mit Hilfestellung zur Seite ist. Wir können diese Wohnung jedem vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und danken herzlich für die Gelegenheit, hier wohnen zu dürfen.
