Apartment holiday rentals in Isla Verde

I recommend Veronica’s place to anyone. It was very clean and just a short walk to the beach. The beach towels and chairs being included was a very big plus! She was super accommodating to our flight time and allowed for a late check out so we didn’t have to wait at the airport. She was very responsive with any questions we had. The building does look a little sketchy and needs some work but the inside of Veronica’s is completely remodeled. I would stay again!

Everything was perfect!

For my first time in PR and first BNB I have nothing negative to say. The location was very good close to many restaurants, casinos and the beach right there. The view in the place was GREAT didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay there again. FIVE STARS FROM ME.

Great stay at Lulu’s place in Carolina! Stayed during the week so the building was pretty quiet throughout. No issues before, during or after my stay. Best perk - too close to the beach. You won’t want to leave!!

Well located, everything was walking distance. Beautiful place to stay at.

The place was clean. Great amenities including a hot plate, espresso machine with pods, beach towels, hamper and toaster. Close to the beach, Walgreens, grocery store and lots of restaurants. Warning: if you’re a sensitive sleeper the window above the bed is a film, not glass so be wary of disturbances and traffic noise. Was still a great stay, host was flexible with checkout time and very accommodating. Everything you could possibly need. Would definitely book again.

I would definitely stay there again if I go to PR soon.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The location was perfect—close to everything you could need, with plenty of restaurants lining the strip and so many activities within a short 15-minute drive. The amenities were top-notch, covering everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

I really want to thank Manuel for being so welcoming. The Air BNB was located in a great position and so many things were close by, especially the beach. Manuel was helpful from the start and we bumped into him on the property a couple times. Always friendly and provided us with beach gear too. Also gave us a long list of recommendations when we first checked in. I appreciated how thoughtful and resourceful he was to us. Thanks again Manuel!

Perfect studio apartment with everything you need and, most importantly, a comfortable bed. Having parking included was great since parking in the area can be difficult. Walking distance to several restaurants and Walgreens is also nearby.

The BEST view is the balcony and localization, this apartment has it. It is as shown in the pictures, maximum 2 people. The place would need an urgent renovation (although everything meets its functions) is very old, mainly the bathroom. The pool, children's area, beach access, and parking are unbeatable. It is located on the main street where you have absolutely everything steps away, from hundreds of restaurants, public transportation, places to dance, casino, etc. I would definitely choose it again.

From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible! The breathtaking views were unforgettable, and the pool was nothing short of paradise. The beach vibes were super chill, making it the perfect escape. Our host was incredibly easygoing, polite, and went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free. On the first night, I whipped up some delicious rice, beans, and steak, thanks to the fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could need to create amazing meals! And let me tell you, the Nespresso machine was next level ❤️ I can’t wait to come back! 🇵🇷

I really enjoyed my stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The space was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tub; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Luis was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met. I also loved blow it was so close to the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Honestly, I cannot explain how much we loved this location. We traveled with a few friends from the area and even they agreed that this location was absolutely perfect. Yolanda made the entry to the condo easy and smooth and even a little flexible for us. She was beyond sweet and helpful. We did rent a van and loved that it was locked in the gated parking lot (just an added bonus as it was a rental). John left a list of local places to eat and they were all wonderful. Would absolutely come back and stay again!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient—within walking distance to several restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Fernando made sure everything was well maintained. The moment we walked in, the space smelled amazing and was spotless. The blankets and towels were fresh and clean, and there wasn’t a speck of dust anywhere. Fernando was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in while visiting Condado—and I come every year to visit family. I would absolutely book again. The building also has a good-sized pool, which was a great bonus. The apartment felt like home and had all the essentials. I was even able to pick up some groceries and make breakfast thanks to the well-stocked kitchen with pans and utensils. Gracias, Fernando, por todo. Espero regresar pronto. ¡Bendiciones! 🙏🏼
